Based on the molecular weight of BNT162b2 mRNA (Pfizer-BioNTech), the mRNA content per dose is estimated at 13 trillion molecules and 40 trillion molecules in mRNA-1273 (Moderna) [35,36]. The total number of cells in humans is estimated to be 37.2 trillion [37], making the number of mRNA-LNPs very high, ranging from one-third to the equivalent of the total cell number. After inoculation, the mRNA-LNPs are delivered to various organs, especially the liver, spleen, adrenal gland, ovary, and bone marrow [38]. In one study, vaccine mRNA was detected in the lymph nodes of persons vaccinated with hybridization of a SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccine-specific probe 7 to 60 days after the second mRNA-1273 or BNT162b2 dose [39]. Modified mRNA with N1-methyl-pseudouridine could translate a large amount of SARS-CoV-2 spike protein (S-protein) [40]. S-protein emerged on the surface of exosomes in the blood of the vaccinated [41]. Fragments of vaccine-specific recombinant S-protein were found in blood specimens of 50% of vaccine recipients and were still detected three to six months later [42].


A study of more than 50,000 employees at a medical institution in the United States observed the incidence of the Omicron variant epidemic based on the number of vaccine doses received (0, 1, 2, 3, and 4 or more doses) over a period of 26 weeks and showed that the number of vaccines received was positively correlated with the cumulative incidence rate of COVID-19 [46]. Susceptibility to COVID-19 infection after multiple vaccinations may be enhanced by antibody-dependent enhancement [47], immune imprinting [39,48], and immunosuppression [25-27]. This can result in a risk of exposure to viral S-protein in addition to vaccine S-protein for the multiple-vaccinated. These data suggest a significant impact on vaccine recipients, including the large number of mRNA-LNPs that are injected, their rapid and widespread distribution particularly into specific organs, the amount of S-protein produced, its long persistence in the body, and increased susceptibility to infection. Next, we consider each factor that may contribute to the involvement of the mRNA-LNP SARS-CoV-2 vaccine in increasing mortality from all cancers and some specific cancer types.


The SARS-CoV-2 vaccine has been shown to cause immunosuppression and lead to the reactivation of latent viruses such as varicella-zoster virus (VZV, human herpesvirus 3; HHV3) or human herpesvirus 8 (HHV8) in some cases [75,76]. HHV8 is considered oncogenic and can cause Kaposi's sarcoma. Oropharyngeal cancer is reported to be caused by the Ebstein-Barr virus (EBV, HHV4) or human papillomavirus (HPV) [77], which also may be reactivated by possible immunosuppression resulting from vaccination. These phenomena could also help explain the excess deaths from lip/oral/pharyngeal cancer in 2022 when mass vaccination with third and later doses was underway.

Cancer development by SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccine
In our study, the AMRs of ovarian cancer, leukemia, prostate, lip/oral/pharyngeal, pancreatic, and breast cancers increased significantly beyond the predicted rates, especially in 2022. All of these cancers are known as estrogen and estrogen receptor alpha (ERα)-sensitive cancers [78-83]. Recent research by Solis et al. on the binding ability of S-protein of SARS-CoV-2 against over 9,000 human proteins has shown that S-protein specifically binds to ERα and upregulates the transcriptional activity of ERα. The addition of estradiol (E2) to human breast cancer cells causes proliferation of the cancer cells, whereas the addition of raloxifene, a selective ERα modulator, inhibits proliferation. Breast cancer cells grow when S is added instead of E2, and the addition of raloxifene inhibits their growth. Solis et al. also mentioned that the finding of S-ERα cytosolic colocalization may lead to a potentiation of membrane-bound ERα signaling [84]. Membrane-bound ERα has been implicated in many pathways, including the activation of c-Myc, which promotes the cell cycle and impacts cancer development [85].


ERα-mediated transcription may induce endogenous DNA double-strand breaks (DSBs) in ER-sensitive cancers [86]. Studies have shown that transcriptionally activated ERα induces DSBs by topoisomerase II and the recently known R-loop/G-quadruplex structures formation, significantly increasing the need for BRCA1 for their repair in breast cancer cells [87-89]. One study showed nuclear translocation of mRNA and S protein with the nuclear localization signal [90], and an in silico bioinformatic analysis showed interactions between the S2 subunit of S-protein and BRCA1, BRCA2, and P53 [91], possibly resulting in their sequestration and dysfunction. The possible co-occurrence of high BRCA1 demand to repair DNA damage caused by activated transcription via ERα bound with S-protein along with dysfunction of BRCA1 sequestrated by S-protein raises concerns about increased cancer risk in ERα-sensitive cells in mRNA-LNP SARS-CoV-2 vaccine recipients.


As mentioned above, there is also great concern about the risk of dysfunction in the crucial cancer suppressor genes, brca2 and P53, as well as BRCA1, through mechanisms involving downregulation of IRF9 through interference by specific miRNA in exosomes [26] and the possible sequestration by the S2 subunit of S-protein in the vaccine [91]. Impaired BRCA1 activity is associated with higher risk of breast, uterine, and ovarian cancer in women and prostate cancer in men, as well as moderately higher risk of pancreatic cancer in both men and women [92]. BRCA2-associated cancers include breast and ovarian cancer in women, prostate and breast cancer in men, and acute myeloid leukemia in children [26]. These findings are highly consistent with our results. 


Additional factors that may contribute to the development of cancer are being investigated. Since endogenous ROS causes oxidative DNA damage [93], excessive oxidative stress resulting from the downregulation of ACE2 by S-protein [57] may contribute to cancer development. One study showed that the downregulation of the Mas receptor promotes the metastasis of epithelial ovarian cancer [94]. ACE2 receptor, bound by S-protein after mRNA-LNP vaccination, may directly cause downregulation and subsequent dysfunction of the Mas receptor, possibly leading to an increased risk of metastasis in vaccinated women with ovarian cancer. The observation that injected LNPs accumulate particularly in the ovaries and bone marrow [38] could better explain our findings of excess mortalities from ovarian cancer and leukemia in 2022. According to an analysis of scientific literature about sex hormone receptors in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), ERα plays various roles in the biopathology of HNSCC, particularly oropharyngeal cancer. These include promoting DNA hypermutation, facilitating HPV integration, and cooperating with epithelial growth factor receptor (EGFR) [82]. This may explain the increased mortality of lip/oral/pharyngeal cancer in our study.


A recent study showed that SARS-CoV-2 RNA could be reverse-transcribed to DNA and integrated into the human cell genome in vitro [95]. Another study reported that transfected mRNA in the human cells exposed to BNT162b2 leads to unsilencing of the endogenous retrotransposon long interspersed element-1 (LINE-1) and reverse transcription of vaccine mRNA sequences to DNA in the nucleus [96]. Accumulation of vaccine mRNA and reverse-transcribed DNA molecules in the cytoplasm could be expected to induce chronic autoinflammation, autoimmunity, DNA damage, and cancer risk in susceptible individuals [97].


The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) states in its guidance for the production of viral vaccines for infectious disease, "There are several potential mechanisms by which residual DNA could be oncogenic, including the integration and expression of encoded oncogenes or insertional mutagenesis following DNA integration" [98]. The FDA's guidelines are essential for Japan because Japan's special emergency use authorization depended on FDA approval during the COVID-19 pandemic [99]. Recently, some researchers have reported that several lots of Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna vaccines contain a certain amount of double-stranded DNA fragments from residual plasmid vectors [100,101]. Some of them mentioned that the amount of residual DNA exceeds the regulatory limits for residual DNA set by the FDA. Given these reports and the FDA's regulatory statement, further investigation is required to determine whether the observed excess cancer deaths following mass vaccination were linked to reported residual DNA in the vaccine.

Conclusions

Statistically significant increases in age-adjusted mortality rates of all cancer and some specific types of cancer, namely, ovarian cancer, leukemia, prostate, lip/oral/pharyngeal, pancreatic, and breast cancers, were observed in 2022 after two-thirds of the Japanese population had received the third or later dose of SARS-CoV-2 mRNA-LNP vaccine. These particularly marked increases in mortality rates of these ERα-sensitive cancers may be attributable to several mechanisms of the mRNA-LNP vaccination rather than COVID-19 infection itself or reduced cancer care due to the lockdown. The significance of this possibility warrants further studies. You may have noticed I've been following the messaging coming out of Russia for some time, and today's article submitted by so many of you is no exception. Except, today, I'm going to dive off the end of the twig of speculation and tie something else into it as a speculation.

Firstly, Russia is now being crystal clear as to whom its regards as being under suspicion for involvement in the Crocus terrorist attacks in Moscow:

There are a number of things to note about this article, not the least is the specific and explicit mention of who is under investigation in Russia for involvement in the Crocus terrorist attack:

What is of interest to me today is not the explicit mention of Burisma nor its connections to the Bai Den Dzhao mafiosi in the USSA.

Rather, I am more concerned about that cryptic statement that the subjects of investigations are "persons and structures located in the US, Germany, France, and Cyprus."

Persons and structures covers a lot of ground. For example: in addition to NATO (a structure), one could have various governments and their agencies (The USA, Germany, France, Cyprus!?!? and presumably all their financial and intelligence agencies), but also "structures" like corporations and private security and intelligence services, or even "structures' like the World Health Organization (are they involved in the Ukrainian biolabs?), and the World Economic Forum.

In other words, Russia is painting with a very broad brush.  That contains some implications that we'll come back to.

But there's another message contained in this article, and that message is in the form of the picture which heads it:



If one scrutinizes this picture closely, there is an image displayed on the shield that any Russian Orthodox (or for that matter, Greek or Serbian or Arab or Romanian or Bulgarian Orthodox, and many many Roman Catholics) will recognize, and that is the horse-riding figure of St. George wielding a spear and slaying the dragon, or serpent.  This on a shield which is boldly emblazoned on the old Romanov double-headed imperial eagle.  The choice of such a backdrop to accompany the text of the article is nothing less than deliberate, and a very clear warning that, as Mr. Medvedev recently put it, the old immunities will not protect the perpetrators nor their financiers and organizers. The dragon - which in this case I suspect is meant to represent Mr Globalooney and all his miserific institutions and agendas - will be slain.

The key to my interpretation here is terrorism, and its deliberate mention by these figures in the Russian government, not only prior to the Crocus attacks, but with increasing frequency since then. The use of that term in connection with Russian warnings - like the iconic picture - is also deliberate, and here's why: recall that in the wake of the 9/11 attacks the USA and its allies (but principally the USA), claimed the right to try, convict, surveille and even to execute foreign leaders if they were involved in acts of terrorism. Simply recall the alleged capture and execution of Osama Bin Laden, or the many drone attacks on various individuals accused of terrorism, or (equally important and probably more so for our purposes of analysis here) involved  in planning or supporting terrorist acts. To put a finer and simpler point on it, Russia is claiming the same right and precedent the USA claims and utilized in its "war on terror," and Russia is saying that the West, by being involved in the planning, financing, support, and execution of such acts, is itself subject to its own "rules based order" and that Russia will therefore respond similarly, whether that response comes in the form of drones, Spetznaz teams or other elite military teams sent in to kidnap or literally execute a suspect, and so on.

In short, Russia is announcing that it intends to play by America's rules.

With that high octane speculative interpretation of the article in mind, consider, briefly, the following story submitted by K.M., which some say is a rumor. But let's assume just for the sake of argument for a moment that it's true:



If one assumes this is true, then I for one hope der Hochklaus Freiherr von Blohschwab und Bloviation does, indeed, have a change of heart from the path he has been on, and changes course. But let's be realistic too: such massive and sincere repentances, while they do occur, are for that very reason rare. I can hope, because every individual that "changes sides" is important, but in the case of someone like this, would be a serious blow to the other side. I retain the hope, therefore, but I also retain reality, and therefore, skepticism.

But hope or skepticism aside, in the context of all that is going on in the world, and especially in the context of the statements in this article and the timing of both the article and the tweet on "X", I have to wonder if such events, when reported, might represent something else perhaps, and that "sudden hospitalizations" and the "subsequent denials" might have hidden aspects, and if, in fact, we might be looking at a very public example of "horizontal escalation" with correspondent attempts at narrative control.  Time will tell, of course.

We have all heard of inventions that were patented and then disappear as the creator seems to die after the lab is broken into and or the the patent is taken by some branch of the military service or the government.

Elsewhere this week somebody was commenting on one aspect of the evidence that Paul and the writer of Hebrews were two different people, and I was reminded of an essay with the above title which I wrote a number of years ago. I decided to make a summary and post it. Since I am a member of the Three Forums Club (how many of us are there?) I decided to post it in these places as well.

I started by going through the work of Christ in chronological order.

Firstly, Paul made only brief allusions to the pre-existence of Christ, like Galatians ch4 v4 (“sent forth his Son”) and the reference to Christ “emptying himself” in Philippians ch2 v7. Whereas the very starting point of Hebrews is the majesty of the pre-existent Son in relation to the universe.

Again, Paul made very little use of the earthly ministry of Jesus, for pastoral purposes, mentioning only that he was “obedient to the point of death on a cross”. Hebrews balances the initial stress on the glory of the Son by showing how the Son was not ashamed to be weak like his brethren. It was necessary for him to experience the struggle against sin in order to be a merciful High Priest for the rest of us (ch4 v15).

Yet there is one point here where Paul and Hebrews do come into contact. We are told that the Son “learned obedience” (ch5 v8). This does not mean that his previous state was disobedience. It means that his previous state was “authority”. It’s an echo of Paul’s statement about “emptied himself”.

In both sets of writing, the Cross is absolutely central. But I found Paul reticent about the exact nature of the connection between the Cross and our salvation, possibly because he had taught them all that already. There are references to Christ taking sin upon himself, “made him to be sin who knew no sin” (2 Corinthians ch5 v21). Paul’s characteristic idea is that Christ “died to sin” on the Cross, thus enabling those who are crucified “together with him” to “die to sin” in the same way.

Whereas in Hebrews the death of Christ is explicitly and systematically explained in terms of the Old Testament sacrifices designed to purify men from their sins. Though in the middle of all this he comes back to the obedience of Christ as the key factor (ch10 v7).

Paul lays great stress on the Resurrection of Christ (e.g. Romans ch6) as the sequel to the Cross and the key to our own resurrection. The beginning of Hebrews by-passes the Resurrection to go straight to the Ascension, with the Son sitting at the right hand of the Father. In the later discussion of Christ as the self-sacrificing High Priest, his death seems to take him through the veil straight into the heavenly sanctuary.

In Paul, the sequel to the Resurrection is that Christ becomes Lord, with authority over the whole world. Whereas in Hebrews, the emphasis on Jesus as being “like us” and the forerunner prepares the way for identifying him as High Priest.

Turning to the human side, I found in Paul a theme that the Law cannot prevent sin, and in Hebrews a theme that the Law cannot remove sin. Paul’s favourite expressions about the benefit of Christ’s death belong to the legal sphere or the sphere of human relations, such as “justified”, “acquitted”, “reconciled”. “Washed and sanctified”, in 1 Corinthians ch6 v11, was the only example I could find of the analogy of ritual purification from sin. Of course the argument of Hebrews depends on that analogy.

At the same time, Hebrews contains real echoes of Paul’s language. The fact that Christ “tasted death for everyone” is attributed to “the grace of God” in ch2 v9, and the man who spurns the Son of God has “outraged the spirit of grace” (ch10 v29). Th writer says that the discipline they are receiving shows that they are being treated as sons (ch12 v7, compare Galatians ch4 v7). There is the long ch11 outline of the history of faith. In ch6, he quotes the Genesis ch22 promise to Abraham, and then goes on to say that we are now encouraged “by two unbreakable things”. It seems to me (though this is a later discovery) that the other “unchangeable thing” can only be the Genesis ch15 promise quoted by Paul. That is, he seems to assume that his readers will recognise the allusion even if he doesn’t quote the reference himself. In other words, I think, he takes it for granted that they know the argument of Galatians. If he is not Paul, then he has certainly learned from Paul.

But what I found missing in Hebrews is the rich teaching based on the thought that we are in Christ and Christ is in us, and that this is the foundation of our Christian life. In Paul, “sin after baptism” is not a theological problem but a practical problem, to be dealt with practically by urging men to return to life in the Spirit. The conclusion I reached at the end of the essay, following a long paragraph of examples, was that writer of Hebrews was simply not in touch with an experience of “life in the Spirit” which was a vital reality to Paul, and that he filled the gap by developing his argument from scripture and by analogy.

When he won reelection in a landslide, liberal media outlets ran headlines stating that democracy had ended in El Salvador and that the country had become a one-party state. However, El Salvador is not Cuba.
Bukele did not eradicate opposition parties, nor did he imprison them or seize control of the press. Instead, he delivered on his promises. He made the country safe by locking up criminals.


President Bukele claimed that his country went 365 days without a murder. And while the exact number has been called into question, it is an indisputable fact that the country now has the lowest murder rate it has seen in 30 years, plummeting by 70%, and now stands at only 2.4 per 100,000 in 2023, making it the second lowest in the Americas, just behind Canada.


In 2022, after a gang war resulted in the deaths of 87 people over a period of just three days, Bukele took action against crime. He constructed the country’s largest prison, the Terrorism Confinement Center (Centro de Confinamiento del Terrorismo or CECOT), with a capacity for 40,000 gang members. And he began filling it.



Out of gratitude for restoring peace in the country, voters reelected him with 85% of the vote. Human rights groups, who live in safe, wealthy Western nations, have criticized Bukele for violations of the rights of suspects.
But the logic is flawless. Only gang members have gang tattoos. If anyone else gets a gang tattoo, they will be killed by the gang. The same is true for tattoo artists.


They would be killed for giving gang tattoos to non-gang members. Additionally, part of the initiation to joining a gang is to commit a serious crime, often murder. Once they become a member, their full-time job is to commit crimes. So, logically, anyone with a gang tattoo is a gang member and has committed crimes.


In the U.S., it is not a crime to be affiliated with an organization, even a criminal one. To secure a conviction, there would need to be proof that the person committed a specific crime.


However, that system, while acceptable for a high-trust society, was being exploited in El Salvador, where repeat offenders and murderers were being set free by crooked judges and jailers.


So, Bukele decided to let logic prevail, arrest the gang members, and put them in prison. He was more concerned about the rights of street vendors, business owners, school children, working people, and ordinary citizens than he was about the rights of violent criminals.


The state of emergency he declared in 2022, and has renewed several times since, suspends the constitutional rights of the gang members and bypasses the corrupt courts and justice system, which had allowed the criminals to reign for decades. Since then, 75,000 gang members have been arrested, and 7,000 have been released.


According to reported data from human rights groups, since 2022, there have been 78,000 arbitrary detentions. This is likely because they consider nearly all of the arrests to be arbitrary detentions.


The rights groups are also upset that “approximately 102,000 people are now deprived of their freedom in the country,” disregarding the fact that these people are criminals.


Additionally, they are upset that the prisons are overcrowded by 148%, which is absolutely true. The prisons are not pleasant, and a sane person would avoid going there by not committing crimes.


They also lost sleep over 235 deaths in state custody. There is no mention of how many of these deaths represented prisoners being killed by other prisoners, nor have they stopped to consider that five times that number of innocent people would have died during the same time period if these gang members were not in prison.


Rights groups have claimed that Bukele’s New Ideas party winning 58 of 60 seats in the country’s legislature has turned the country into a one-party state, with a “dangerous” concentration of power.


They are missing the point that the country had a fair election and the people were free to vote for the horrible system they had before, or law and order, which is now making their lives livable again. And they chose the latter.


According to Gabriela Santos, director of the Human Rights Institute at the University of Central America (IDHUCA), “Bukele’s popularity underlines how some Central American countries have struggled to launch sustainable democratic models.”


Again, there appears to be no flaw in El Salvador’s democracy. The critics just do not like the way the vote turned out. There is no indication that the people voting for Bukele had any connection to the US or to right-wing regimes.
Liberals are claiming that there is a frightening move toward fascism in Latin America because 2 of 32 countries now have a president who is not a socialist. The other bright spot is President Javier Milei in Argentina, whom the liberals also hate.


He is cutting the government down to size, waging a war on debt and waste. He told school children that abortion is murder. He is pro-gun and is considering deploying the military to take on the gangs.
The shocking lesson we can all learn from El Salvador is that if you arrest all of the bad guys and keep them in jail, and if those who remain free are made to believe that crime has consequences and jails are horrible places, the streets become safer, and people can live their lives.


The other takeaway here is that if a president is tough on crime and wants to cut government spending and improve the lives of citizens, the liberals attack him.


It is also incredibly condescending that liberals in Europe or the US or elsewhere believe that 85% of Salvadorians do not know what is best for their country and voted for the wrong person.

An ongoing Chinese hacking campaign known as Volt Typhoon has successfully gained access to numerous American companies in telecommunications, energy, water and other critical sectors, with 23 pipeline operators targeted, Wray said in a speech at Vanderbilt University.

China is developing the "ability to physically wreak havoc on our critical infrastructure at a time of its choosing," Wray said at the 2024 Vanderbilt Summit on Modern Conflict and Emerging Threats. "Its plan is to land low blows against civilian infrastructure to try to induce panic."
Wray said it was difficult to determine the intent of this cyber pre-positioning which was aligned with China's broader intent to deter the U.S. from defending Taiwan.

China claims democratically governed Taiwan as its own territory and has never renounced the use of force to bring the island under its control. Taiwan strongly objects to China's sovereignty claims and says only the island's people can decide their future.
Earlier this week, a Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson said, opens new tab Volt Typhoon was in fact unrelated to China's government, but is part of a criminal ransomware group.

In a statement, China's Embassy in Washington referred back to the MFA spokesperson's comment. "Some in the US have been using origin-tracing of cyberattacks as a tool to hit and frame China, claiming the US to be the victim while it's the other way round, and politicizing cybersecurity issues."
Wray said China's hackers operated a series of botnets - constellations of compromised personal computers and servers around the globe - to conceal their malicious cyber activities. Private sector American technology and cybersecurity companies previously attributed Volt Typhoon to China, including reports by security researchers with Microsoft and Google.

According to officials, Ye's alleged manifesto was shared with Baltimore police on March 3, by someone else who knew Ye as both people received treatment at a psychiatric facility in Maryland. Ye started receiving mental health treatment in December of 2022 after making a series of alleged threats.

According to documents, Ye's former counselor said he, between Oct. 2022 and Feb. 2023, frequently made harmful comments towards others. Ye also reportedly told the counselor that he wanted to be famous for his acts.

Ye was charged with threat of mass violence, meaning he's being accused of "knowingly threaten to commit" a violent crime. He's being held in the Montgomery County Detention Center without bond.

"Today, we learned about a potential incident of school violence that was deterred due to the great work and collaboration between the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD), Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS), and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). This investigation occurred due to a tip from an unnamed source – who should be considered a hero because they ‘saw something and said something’ and likely saved lives.
Although this potential incident was prevented, we know that this news may cause anxiety within our school communities. In the short term, MCPD has increased its presence at Wootton High School and will do so at other schools as warranted. We advise families needing assistance coping with the trauma this incident may cause to access help through the County’s Crisis Center Hotline at 240-777-4000.
MCPD, MCPS, and the Office of the State’s Attorney, working with the federal law enforcement offices, will continue investigating this case. However, one thing is already clear: the suspect pointed to lack of access to a firearm as a key factor in preventing the individual from taking action. Maryland gun laws provide an essential barrier against individuals with a significant history of mental illness and violent ideations from obtaining firearms.
This incident is a somber reminder that we must continue to focus on the mental health of our youth and young adults. We will continue our investments, partnerships, and collaborations with MCPS, Department of Health and Human Services Behavioral Health teams, and crisis response experts. Additionally, we are working to expand our communications and engagement efforts with students, parents, teachers, and families of young adults throughout the County to ensure that they know where and how to get help when needed.
