Wow, post a conservative facebook post or wear a hat and the school slaps you with a restraining order from the whiners "offended" that they saw a conservative post in their facebook thread. Now these "academics" get to take 1st Amendment training as part of the settlement. 

Appears they really don't like it when you veer off the Progressive program in college. Dissent and debate is not allowed.

The settlement also stipulates that SIUE officials must revise their student handbook and policies to "ensure students with varying political, religious and ideological views are welcome in the art therapy program."

Officials also must pay $80,000 to dismiss the lawsuit successfully.

The court victory came just over a year after student Maggie DeJong received three "no-contact orders" from the school that prevented her from having direct or indirect communication with three students, who claimed her political viewpoints constituted "harassment" and "discrimination."



DeJong previously told "Fox & Friends First" that she routinely participated in class discussions on contentious topics such as race relations, religion, COVID-19 and censorship, typically offering a conservative perspective.


As her three-year graduate program drew to a close, DeJong received the no-contact order after her classmates had objected to social media posts she had made on abortion and defunding the police.


ADF Senior Counsel Tyson Langhoffer said DeJong upset classmates by defending Kyle Rittenhouse and denouncing critical race theory, eventually leading to the university-imposed orders that prohibited her from fully participating in class discussions.

The Judge called them out on "immunity from future charges" and specifically asked them if that was the DOJ's intent? Put on the spot and knowing they were caught, they feigned stupidity and said No, of course not.

[b]Here’s the non-pretending version.[/b]  The corrupt U.S. attorney’s office organized, coordinated and colluded with the Hunter Biden team to structure a deal that would provide cover for Hunter Biden for any further crimes.  This is corrupt as hell.  The judge sniffed this motive and asked the DOJ directly.  The DOJ could not make that admission for obvious reasons and denied this intent. Thus, the Hunter defense team then had to say without the previously agreed future immunity, the deal was off.

I just put this up on the other side and wanted to toss it up on the Rogue Wall and see if it sticks.

I've started working at a silkscreen print shop and have come up with a concept, that the shop isn't creating marketing by making t-shirts, caps, and uniforms for businesses and organizations, they are the 21st-century information war armory. A postmodern age guild that outfits the information warriors with armor and weapons. Everything they print is distinguishing one from the other and are drawing lines they dare you to cross.

I am merely a low-level guild worker, not even an apprentice, and when I mentioned this idea to the owner he seemed perplexed. His concerns are business, his concepts are no deeper than advertising and marketing at most. Perhaps the press operators can understand the idea, they are a bunch of old hippies for the most part.

Think of the immense power of the red MAGA baseball cap, or the uniforms of BLM and Antifa, or any tee shirt that one could wear, it is far more powerful than mere marketing.  I should emphasize that the power to intimidate and incite violence is far more powerful than selling you something like a product, service, or idea.

A 13-year-old girl who went missing from her home in Texas this month was found alive by police in Long Beach, California. A good Samaritan had seen her inside a vehicle with a sign that read, “Help me,” and subsequently called authorities, leading to her rescue.
According to court documents, the teen had run away from home, and on July 6 was walking down a street in San Antonio when a grey Nissan car pulled up beside her. The driver, a man in his 60s, then allegedly drew a gun and told her, “If you don’t get in the car with me, I am going to hurt you.”
Fearing for her life, the girl got in the passenger’s seat of the car and when he asked her age, she replied she was 13. At one point he allegedly said he was 26 and then later 43. She mentioned she had a friend in Australia, and he said he would take her on a cruise ship to visit them but that she had to do something for him first.

The man then allegedly sexually assaulted her repeatedly in the back of the car. He would again sexually assault her at least two more times over the next two days as they drove from Texas to California.
On July 9, they parked at a laundromat in Long Beach, Los Angeles County, where the suspect went inside to wash their clothes. At that point, the girl held up a sign that she had written which read, “Help me.” A passerby who saw the sign phoned police who, upon arrival, allegedly saw the suspect standing outside the car, and saw the girl mouth the word “help.”
The suspect, 61-year-old Steven Robert Sablan, was arrested, and now faces kidnapping charges with a maximum possible sentence of life in a federal prison. Police searched the car and found a black BB gun,  a brown and black switch blade knife, a hand-written help me sign, and a pair of handcuffs.
Mr. Sablan had two prior convictions for robbery with a deadly weapon from 1985 and 1979, respectively.
The good Samaritan who phoned in to help the young victim was not identified in court documents.
“I want to commend our community members for their vigilance and willingness to get involved by calling 9-1-1. This incident highlights the critical role community members play in keeping people safe,” said Chief of Police Wally Hebeish in a press release. “I would also like to acknowledge our officers for their swift response and actions which led to getting this victim to safety.”

Some may remember this accident where 67 civilians and 3 pilots died. over 500 people were injured and the rescue of the injured was really messed up.
