They then returned to the jail, where the “interrogation” began.  Iztok was asked repeatedly how he knew about the money.  He answered all questions truthfully, he says, but that did not stop police officers from stripping him naked, hanging him from his wrists, beating him severely, and breaking his wrists and fingers during a rough “interrogation session.”  

The march for digital control continues to be pushed by the UN to ensure we are all enslaved and rationed with a social credit score and denial of services if you are a "bad slave".

They don't even try to hide what they want to do to us any longer.

Countering online “harm”:

Those are the obvious ones, there’s also more sneaky, insidious language regarding “equity” and “access”. The report is concerned there are many people in the world (mostly the developing world) who don’t have regular access to the Internet.

This concern would be more honestly expressed in the language of control – people who don’t consume digital media can’t be hypnotised, people who don’t communicate online can’t be censored, and people who don’t rely on digital banking can’t be controlled.

To sum up, the Digital Global Compact is a piece of globalist legislation serving the final aim of globalist policy: Control of all aspects of life, achieved by inserting a digital filter between people and reality.

Banking, communication, media consumption, shopping. Every interaction you have will be through a digital membrane which can both monitor your exchanges with the world and – if deemed necessary – deny you access to that world.

We all knew this was coming sooner or later to the "church of Rome". Appears it will be sooner now of course since we are approaching that time (you will know the season by the signs).

Thanks to @"NightskyeB4Dawn"#10 for taking it upon yourself to message BIAD for me.  I PM'd NightSkye at the other site asking if she got in, and I said I couldn't, and didn't know if they didn't like me, or if I was having a serious stupid moment.  Possibly both 

To explain my absence, you guys did the site change, and I went into house buyer's hell.  Trying to buy a house with a small mortgage amount (my wife doesn't work, but takes care of the kids and household) and an FHA loan, has been a nightmare, to say the least.

It looks like we finally got one though, and I can finally kiss America's armpit, Philly, goodbye.  We found a nice little farmhouse-style abode in a very small town and I'm extremely happy.  I was starting to get claustrophobic and angry in Philly.  People were rude and stupid beyond words.

I'm still a bit bummed.  We got outbid $4k on a BEAUTIFUL Victorian up the road from our pending house.  I feel like I'm cheating on my house, by still looking at pictures of that Victorian, with its original woodwork 

Anyway, it's good to be back again among my fellow rogues!

So this morning, a neighbor of mine stops by for a cup of coffee. He works for the Army as a civilian. They let him work from home 4 days a week. He's got a fancy setup on his phone that lets him be very mobile. Me and this fella go way back and it's nice having a friend as solid as he is.

This morning I can see he's got something bubbling inside. He shows me a .pdf of his agency's version of an Early Bird. What it says in there is that the Army is 25% below strength and that there's a pretty strong likelihood of it getting worse before it gets better. Our thoughts on this go right away to the 75% the Army does have: a few new guys who haven't figured life out yet and an entrenched DEI core who I don't think have the guts to face an armed and determined adversary ... let alone the capabilities of winning.

Now right here I want to point out another article that was in that .pdf. It pointed out that GEN Milley is going to retire with a security detail to protect him, much like a retired POTUS enjoys the company of the Secret Service. (I wonder if they have to protect him if he's in jail ?). The title of the story had something to do with this security detail 'trawling social media' for mean tweets about these chunts (the 'h' is silent in that word, BTW).

Most folks who understand business know the costs of your employees are usually equal to about one-half the total cost of doing business. It can be different, but the cost of paying someone to work for you is significant. Now if the Army isn't paying 25% of its personnel costs, but it's projecting that cost, and the gooberment is collecting taxes from us to pay for them ... do you wonder why all these generals need an armed security detail around them? Can you imagine what that armed security detail must cost? Remember ... if you see one guy on shift, there are four other guys waiting to take shifts behind him. Yes!! That many!! If it's a four-man detail, there are 20 guys on the payroll just to protect the asshole who said he'd tip-off China before we attacked them.

During last Thursday's News and Views from the Nefarium, I read and reviewed a lengthy op-ed piece by Professor Karaganov that had appeared on RT's website. In the article, Professor Karaganov argued that Russia had to be willing to use nuclear weapons against the West, because the Ukrainian conflict is, for Russia, "existential," i.e., effecting its very national, cultural, economic, social, and political existence. In advocating this view, Professor Karaganov also indicated that, before such use against specified targets of value in the west, that Russia should issue warnings to the civilian populations near those targets before striking them.

As I interpreted this article, this was really the Russian government speaking through the mouthpiece of one of its academic advisors, to the Western leadership, and the message , in between all the radioactively glowing lines of nuclear escalation prose, was clear: the western political elite itself - not the people of the West - are now fair game for whatever measures Russia may think is the best method to pursue them and end them. As I've been warning ever since the "color revolution" and "Maidan coup" days, covert operations are a game that two or more can play, and thus far, it has been largely the West playing these games in the Ukraine. More recently, those games were expanded to bomb attacks on Alexandra Duginova, and even more recently than that, to drone attacks on the Kremlin itself and on dachas and apartments in the fashionable west side of Moscow, where even Mr. Putin is rumored to have a home.  It requires little thought to understand that such drone attacks would have had to have been carried out by teams or people on the ground, and that means covert warfare is being attempted against the Russians and their leadership class.

So my reading of the RT nuclear escalation article by Karaganov is relatively simple: if Russia is openly discussing the use of nuclear weapons, then this also means all other operations, including covert operations such as assassinations, drone strikes, asymmetrical warfare and so on, are on the table.

Today there is a bit of corroborative evidence of this interpretation. Consider firstly this article shared by V.T. (with our thanks):

Note that the Deputy Chairman of Russia's security council, former Prime Minister and President Dmitri Medvedev, has himself come out with a clear statement that since the West has attacked the Nordstream pipeline, Russia is under no moral nor legal restraint from attacking similar infrastructure assets:

Notably, this view that the covert/asymmetrical warfare gloves may be coming off are echoed by western experts:

The oceans are a target-rich environment. More than 400 undersea cables carry more than 95% of international internet traffic. "Altogether, they carry an estimated 10 trillion U.S. dollars worth of financial transactions every day, so these cables really are an economic linchpin," said Cattler.

Regular readers of this website will recall that in the wake of the coordinated attack on a California electrical substation at the southern tip of Silicon Valley some years ago, and then yet another series of coordinated attacks on internet cables in San Francisco and Arizona some time later, as well as my blogs about internet hacking of major banks and corporations, that I argued these attacks were types of reconnaissance in depth, being coordinated at a high and professional level, and probably either by state actors or by very powerful independent non-territorial actors. Now, finally, after some years and more provocations against Russia, others in the West's leadership are saying the same thing.

Notice that the dateline on this article is the same day that I recorded my News and Views reviewing Professor Kaganarov's article on

nuclear escalation: June 15, 2023.  We'll return to this important point in a moment, but for now, note the following:

Uncertainty looms over whether the Russian-speaking ransomware group, which has previously claimed responsibility for multiple victims of the ongoing hacking spree, orchestrated this breach. CISA has not revealed the identity of the attackers or the exact number of federal agencies affected.

This incident adds to an alarming surge of cyberattacks over the past fortnight that has affected state governments, as well as leading U.S. universities. These increasing instances of cybercrimes heighten pressure on federal officials who have committed to curtailing the wave of ransomware attacks crippling schools, hospitals, and local governments nationwide.

According to Google-owned cybersecurity firm Mandiant, the attacks appeared to be orchestrated by state-sponsored Chinese hackers who exploited a security loophole in the widely used email security app, Barracuda Networks’ Email Security Gateway.

While widespread, these attacks interestingly enough appear to be concentrated against American governmental and elite structures; they do not appear to be concerned with small businesses nor their websites.

And this intriguing factoid returns me once again to the article of Professor Kaganarov that was the focus of last Thursday's News and Views.  There were two very intriguing take-aways from his article as far as I was concerned, and these two articles seem to buttress my conclusions that the article was sending a message, and that the message was that the gloves are going to come off. The first take-away was that Professor Kaganarov explicitly mentioned that there were about two dozen discrete steps in escalation prior to a full nuclear response from Russia. I submit that with these two articles about direct attacks on western internet and other infrastructure cabling, inclusive of electronic financial clearing (how's that Central Bank Digital Currency idea looking now?) and actual cyber-hacking attacks, that we are indeed looking at two of the rungs on that ladder of escalation. If the US can "try and convict" people and sentence them to "sudden death by drone" for being international terrorists, then one may reasonably expect this action might comprise the next rung on Professor Karaganov's 'ladder of escalation", as Russia tries and convicts specific Western leaders of acts of international terrorism, and sentences them to "sudden death by drone," people like George Soros, for example, against whom Russia has already taken out an arrest warrant for his alleged role in the 2014 Maidan coup in the Ukraine.

And that brings us to the second take-away  from Professor Karaganov's article, and that was the strange statement of his that, prior to any Russian nuclear attack on vital Western targets, it should issue warnings to people near those targets to move away from the area: "Attention neighbors and employees of the Soros interests; you might want to consider distancing yourself..." What Karaganov was really saying, it appeared to me, was that Russia has no quarrel with the average population of the West, many of whom are just as disenchanted with their political class as are the Russian leaders. He was signaling, as clearly as possible, that Russia intended to start targeting the western leadership, and the centers of power and infrastructure that sustains it.  If western sponsored teams can drop drones on the Kremlin or on apartments in western Moscow, then don't be surprised - he seems to be saying - if a drone or two, or three, or however many are needed to get the job done, start crashing over the homes of Victoria Nuland or Chancellor Scholz.

In short, putting all these articles together, it seems that we're looking at a formal declaration of the factional infighting/Mafia wars that are now going to become, sadly, a common feature of geopolitical life.

Of one thing we may be certain, and that is that the Bai Den Dzho family is entirely safe, because the Russians will not attack the assets of their Chinese ally...

Language is ever changing.

This reminded me of my old English Literature class when I had to recite the, "Jabberwocky".

When I was a young adult, I knew that maturity came with responsibility. Now, being the oldest of eight siblings in the house at the time, I already had enough responsibility on my plate, but I knew that when my parents became old andcould not take care of themselves anymore, that my siblings and I would be responsible for their care. None of us ever gave it single thought otherwise.

It didn't quite play out that way. My Father died very early, he barely made 40. My Mother came to live with me because I needed help raising my sister's children, when she be became sick. I could not have done it without her. My job was extremely demanding, required many after hour meetings, and a lot of socialization. I think if it had not been for the children,  I would have likely left administration a lot sooner, and I may not have every learned about what goes on behind many a gilded door. But that is a post for another time.

My news feed spit out an article earlier today titled, "Suze Orman says now’s the time for boomers, Gen X to tell their adult kids 'I am no longer your bank account' and focus on their retirement nest egg."

I found this an interesting piece, because I had just had this discussion last week with four of my friends. All four have one or more of their adult children living in their home, with their children, and two, have the adult child, their spouse and their children, and only one is bringing in an income.

If you look about social media and the internet, you will see that this is actually the new norm. One glaring thing about all of our new norms, is that tradition fades away.

Tradition has actually become a dirty word, and under certain circumstances, some will even call it hate speech.

Perhaps in the future, tradition will just be something that becomes myth or fairy tales, along with so much else.

So much is changing, so fast. Too fast.

“I am a man of science so I never believed that the Loch Ness monster is a prehistoric animal. But when I was
taking a picture I saw this long, long shadow. “I called my wife over and we saw the shadow move.”
“I thought maybe it was a cloud, but there was none, or a boat, but none was near or reefs.

“There were small waves, like something was moving. It was 15-20m long and was about 150m away. It was
quite strange and then it disappeared.” He added: “We could not tell if it was an animal, but something was
moving under the water. I have never seen such [things] in lakes – and we have many where we live – before.”

For years and years, there have been theories that a monster lived in Loch Ness - but there has been no real
proof that it existed. The first stories of the monster dubbed “Nessie” emerged in 1933, after Francesca McGarvey
from Castlehead, Paisley, saw a dark shape emerge from the water. The Loch Ness monster is said to be a large
mysterious animal living in the waters of Loch Ness in the Scottish Highlands.

The earliest reporting of a 'monster' sighted in that area was in the seventh century but others say the reports could
be rationally explained as encounters with similar types of animals. The legendary monster is known to some by the
affectionate nickname 'Nessie'. Some have suggested it may be a descendent of a plesiosaur - a species of water
-dwelling dinosaur - but again, the evidence is sketchy...'

Gordi, who strums to tourists and wrestles the occasional ox that strays near his property, recently caused a stir when
he invaded a meeting at the Unesco World Heritage site in Edinburgh and disrupted Scottish Parliamentary discussions
on whether the London Cockneys were worth hanging on to.

Straddling the imaginary animal with his firm un-rashed thighs, Gordi performed a couple of folk tunes accompanied by
his guitar and something beneath his sporran that kept the beat. Sadly, the gratuities tossed at him sank beneath the
waves, but the applause certainly made-up for any fiscal mishaps.

Asked later by the media on why he engages in this day-of-rest activity, Gordi was reported to have smiled and told the
Reporter to f*ck off. Obviously, Scottish humour is sometimes lost on southern scriveners and so to clear the air, Gordi
ceded to the Journalist's old ruse of abusing their expense account.
