In short: Our press spokesman Marvin Haberland won the trial as expected, in which the court dropped the case and paid the costs.
The subtleties in this are the big win:
(a) We went into this trial without a lawyer.
No lawyer wanted to defend us by supporting our strategy. Thus, we had no legal fees either. So it can be done without.
b) Our strategy is direct and clear
It aims to clarify the lack of science in virology in court, since Paragraph 1 of the Infection Protection Act requires it.
c) We have thus shown that the measures based on an imaginary virus are not justifiable and not tenable.
d) As has been shown, there is no need for complicated strategies, 400-page justifications or briefs. The only thing that needs to be attacked is the basis.
e) The possible avalanche effect
If many people would follow our argumentation, probably either all fines would be stopped, or someone would go to the next instance, where then the scientificity has to be clarified.
f) Our strategy and our expertise, as well as the evidence requests that could not be refuted, were known to all involved, both to the court apparatus and to the many employees whom we contacted throughout to make it clear that we were looking forward to the trial. Perhaps this was also one of the reasons why our trial was constantly postponed and unclear statements were made by staff.

Today’s shutdown is one of the largest in the history of torrent sites. It’s also the first major closure since the 2015/2016 period, when KickassTorrents, Torrentz, and ExtraTorrent all left the scene.

Needless to say, there will be plenty of copycats who are eager to take over the RARBG brand. However, the real RARBG is no more.

I want to apologize for my long periods of silence. 

Recently, my wife and I have taken in my Mother. She has dementia and Alzheimers. Things have been challenging to say the least. What's worse, this is our second go around. We did the same for my wife's Mother until she passed. 

We are in the process if developing some sort of new routine at home. So far, this has not included extensive periods of time I can devote to RN3. I feel bad about it because I am missing out on plenty of opportunities to get worked up about stuff and bang away on the keyboard. 

I have not updated the garden or prepper thread with any updates from the ol' homestead.    

Hopefully (or not depending on your POV) I will start to smooth things out here soon. You guy's are great

My Brother was about 3 hours from home, and had a weird experience.

He said he was driving, and all the sudden he felt like the world had suddenly closed in on him and he felt like he was trying to drive through a narrow tunnel. He said it was gone as suddenly as it started, and he knew something was wrong but he felt fine now and wanted to know what I thought had happened.

I told him to pull over and call 911. As he made a right to find a safe place to park, he saw the entrance signs for a hospital. I stayed on the phone with him until he went into the ER.

While he was being tested, I called the rest of my siblings and told them that our Brother was in the hospital and what happened.

Now it was weird that he was right at a hospital, but it gets weirder. My Sister was taking some items to another church to help them with a community mission. Guess where they church was. Less than 5 miles from where our Brother was being treated. Both my Brother and Sister were away from home in a different State from where they lived, and ended up being within 5 minutes from each other, while my Brother was having a medical crisis.

We all thank God for the blessings and can’t help but believe there may have been some divine intervention at play.

As commercial DNA testing has gone mainstream, more and more people are taking advantage of it for a variety of reasons, most clustering around ancestry and family tree building, and health related concerns.

Right off the bat, I want to address the elephant in the room. This being a conspiracy site in the main, a large number of readers will likely have healthy concerns relating to privacy issues with just handing their DNA over to unknowns. I understand that, I really do, but I personally do not partake in that particular fear. It is pretty well known that currently everyone hands out large gobs of DNA in their trash. Anyone with nefarious designs can already get it from a dumpster if they really, REALLY want your DNA, and if they don't, they're not going to sift through millions of tests at a DNA company. So, to me, that point is moot. Your mileage may, and probably does, vary.

Here is an overview of the 5 top testing companies, comparing them against one another:



I've had my own DNA tested at two of those companies, and compared the results. The video does a good job of sifting them out and delivering recommendations for what you may be looking for, but it neglects to mention a few things.

Your results WILL vary between the various companies. This is because they each test for different SNPs (which i think of as the base pairs), as well as using different, proprietary algorithms to analyse your DNA against their database. To make matters more complicated, each company has it's own database to compare your results against. Taken all together, those factors produce differing end results, and it's my belief that the different comparison databases they use are probably the major factor in the analysis results being different. No company can find what they have no basis to look for in their database, and some times they will find things that are not really there, because what they have to compare against is what they will find - and that does not always line up with objective reality. The results can be skewed because the effort to find matches is hampered by the limitations of the database, so they will occasionally find "matches" that are only matches because it is closest to a particular dataset, not because it is close enough to actually BE a match. it's a case of "close, but no cigar" being reported as "close enough for gummint work".

Taking multiple tests can give you a finer-grained DNA file. This is because, as previously mentioned, each company tests for different SNPs, the ones most important to that company. Because they each test different SNPs, two or more files can be combined to create a new file, one that contains ALL of the SNPs tested, while rejecting duplicate SNPs. The two companies I teste with test for about 750,000 SNPs each, but when I combined the files, it resulted in a file with about 1.2 million unique SNPs, and the file size increased from about 17 megabytes to around 32 megabytes. This gave me a much larger and much finer-grained file to use in comparison testing, which is nearly twice as likely to find valid matches.

That brings me to another important consideration in selecting a DNA testing service. Some will allow you to download the "raw" file, and others will not. I won't deal with companies that will not allow me to download my own raw data. That's MY data, so by rights I should have access to it. If they can't give me that, they don't need my money.

Other uses for the raw DNA files include reconstructing DNA from deceased folks who never got tested. I started reconstructing my dad's DNA, who died in 1998 before testing was widespread. To do that, you "phase" DNA from multiple files to separate out the maternal from the paternal DNA, and then start combining just the paternal (or maternal) DNA from them into a file of it's own. My efforts got stopped cold at around a 75% reconstruction. I Have 3 sisters and a (paternal) half brother, so theoretically I should be able to get near 97% complete, but I could only get one of my sisters to be tested. the other two are, like most folks here, leery of getting their DNA tested. I could not "phase" my half-brother's DNA properly, because I do not have his mom's DNA to sift the paternal DNA out with.

The way it works is that every new batch of DNA you add to the file gives you half of the outstanding DNA. You start with your own, which gives you half of the parent's DnA, then each one you add increases that amount by half of the outstanding DNA, because each child gets a different half of the parental DNA. So I started with my own DNA (50% of dad's genome), and then factored in my sisters DNA whcih gave me half of the outstanding 50%, or 25% of the total. Adding in a second sister would give me an additional 12.5% (half of the missing 25%), and adding a third would give me a further 6.25% (half of the missing 12.5%), and the brother would only add 3.125 % (half of the missing 5,25%) to that. So theoretically I should be able to recover 50%+25%+12.5%+6.25%+3.125% = 96.875% of dad's genome, but that will never be unless I can convince some of my other siblings that no one in the government (US or Chinese) is actively hunting them.

Once you have your own raw file(s), there are programs you can use to analyze or combine them at home, on your own computer. Alternatively, there are sites you can upload the file, or a combined file, to that will do analysis for you. If, however, your Uncle Alfred committed a series of serial murders back in the 80's, and if you would prefer Uncle Alfred not get caught and brought to justice over those murders, then you would want to be selective of which sites you upload your data to - some of them are used by law enforcement to solve cold cases or to identify previously unidentified human remains, Jane and John Doe" bodies. Your DNA on those sites could potentially give law enforcement leads to look into for your relatives that may have been killers or killees.

One of my favorites among those third-party sites is " My True Ancestry". I've uploaded my combined raw files to it, and found some astonishing connections - which may, or may not, be factual - among the detritus of that site. I'm an apparent match to "Cheddar man", which a British Museum docent assured me was vanishingly unlikely on YouTube. Her stance was that the Mesolithic hunter-gatherers of Britain were entirely wiped out, so of course if they didn't leave an DNA in their progeny, then there was no way I could have inherited it. I personally think that's bunk, and that around 10% of the British genome comes from Mesolithic hunter-gatherers, but what do I know? I'm not British!

It has also linked me to Merovingian burials (which supports a deep family tree making the same claim that I ran across), 10 or so of the 50 Vikings executed at Dorset. 7 or so of the vikings massacred at Cambridge on St. Brice's Day, 1002, about 3 of the vikings buried at Brattahlid in Greenland around 1000 AD from whence sprang Leif Erikson and others of the intrepid viking discoverers of North America, and several of the Vikings/Britons mixes who first settled Iceland.

And that's not even getting into Bronze Age and Iron Age pre-Roman Briton burials - Amesbury, Dibble's farm, ancient Orcadians and Bronze Age dwellers in Scotland,.. Bronze Age dwellers on Rathlin Island off the northern Irish coast, etc.

Of Iron Age British results, I find a connection with 6 of the 7 presumed "gladiators" unearthed at York from around 250 AD when York was still Roman Eboricum. Another interesting reult was a connection to two Iron Age Britons from Kent, of the Cantii tribe. One of those was from 300 BC, but the more interesting - to me - one was from 50 BC, just a scant 5 or 6 years after Caesar's attempted landing and aborted invasion at Pegwell Bay on the Kentish coast, just a scant 10 miles or so from the burial site. I'll always wonder if one of my relatives was among those that faced down the mighty Caesar after his conquest of Gaul, when he tried to take another bite that was more than he could chew.

I don't know if any of those results are "real" or not - although some of them are supported by paperwork, while others are not - but it's fun to me to have a basis for speculations.

Without some of the whistle blowers coming forward we would not know any of this stuff. My next thought is " So What !" They gonna put a nasty letter in his file .. Until there are real consequences for unlawful activities then "SO WHAT" as the lawless walk away with the middle figure salute.. FBI Director Christopher Wray has refused to comply with a May 30 deadline to hand over a document alleging that then-Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign national were allegedly involved in a criminal scheme, announced House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.)

“Today, the FBI informed the committee that it will not provide the unclassified documents subpoenaed by the committee,” said Comer in a statement. “The FBI’s decision to stiff-arm Congress and hide this information from the American people is obstructionist and unacceptable.”

Comer is scheduled to have a phone call with Wray on May 31. Nonetheless, said Comer, the Oversight Committee will move forward to hold Wray in contempt of Congress.

“While I have a call scheduled with FBI Director Wray tomorrow to discuss his response further, the committee has been clear in its intent to protect Congressional oversight authorities and will now be taking steps to hold the FBI Director in contempt of Congress for refusing to comply with a lawful subpoena,” said Comer.

“Americans deserve the truth, and the Oversight Committee will continue to demand transparency from this nation’s chief law enforcement agency.”

Earlier on May 30, House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) said the House would hold Wray in contempt of Congress if the FBI did not comply with the subpoena.

“I personally called Director Wray and told him he needs to send that document; today’s the deadline,” he said on Fox News. “Let me tell Director Christopher Wray right here, right now: If he misses the deadline today, I’m prepared to move contempt charges in Congress against him.”

In a May 3 letter to Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland, Comer and Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) wrote that they “have received legally protected and highly credible unclassified whistleblower disclosures.”

“Based on those disclosures, it has come to our attention that the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) possess an unclassified FD-1023 form that describes an alleged criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Biden and a foreign national relating to the exchange of money for policy decisions. It has been alleged that the document includes a precise description of how the alleged criminal scheme was employed as well as its purpose.”

The May 3 subpoena required the FBI to hand over any FD-1023 forms—which note information from confidential human sources—with the word “Biden” in them.

The FBI refused to comply with the subpoena’s initial May 10 deadline.

Some House Republicans told The Epoch Times on May 12 that they would vote to hold Wray in contempt of Congress were he to refuse to hand over the document alleging Biden took a bribe from a foreign official.

Rep. Bob Good (R-Va.) is one of those, having replied with a simple “yes.”

“I think it’s unbelievable that the FBI is trying to refuse giving a nonclassified document to the Oversight Committee,” he said.

Reps. Rich McCormick (R-Ga.) and Tom McClintock (R-Calif.) said they “absolutely” would vote to hold Wray in contempt of Congress.

“When you can’t tell me why that document can’t be exposed to people who are on [the House Intelligence Committee], why they have more of a right to intelligence than we do, the people who actually fund that department, when you can’t even do that in a secret capacity, then what are you hiding?” said McCormick.

“If a credible allegation of bribery against a president can be made, that is an impeachable offense, and the full powers of Congress can be invoked not only to hold obstructionists accountable, but also to compel production of the evidence,” said McClintock.

The EU can’t find most of Russia’s $300bn of frozen reserves

Now this story, as you can see, dates from Feb 23 of this year, and here it is, already May, and as I've read this story, for the life of me I cannot recall reading, or seeing, or hearing, anything about it until now, on any of the lamestream propatainment media of the West. Nadda. Nichts. Nothing.

But wait, there's more, and its almost comical in its breathtaking implications:

These sanctions include freezing $300bn of Russia's gold and foreign currency reserves held in Europe and the US, as well as prohibiting all transactions related to the management of the regulator's reserves and assets, and transactions with any legal entity, organisation, or body acting on behalf or at the direction of the (Central Bank of Russia).

However, according to recent reports, the EU legal enforcement authorities have only been able to identify €33.8bn of the €250bn held in Europe, which has been frozen. The remaining funds have not been found and presumably remain under Russian control.

Last week 45 members of the European Parliament wrote to the leaders of the EU asking for a centralised registry to be created detailing where the (Central Bank of Russia) funds are held, as well as €19bn worth of frozen oligarchs' money and other sanctioned Russia citizens and companies. Delfi reports that the EU has still not been able to identify where the majority of the (Central Bank of Russia) funds are held. Moreover, they admitted the $300bn number was based on the (Central Bank of Russia’s) own reporting of the amount held in Europe and not on reports from the institutions that were supposed to hold the reserves; consequently the amount held in Europe may be a lot lower than the reported figure of $300bn.

The problems with finding these funds is a function of the complexity of how Russia manages its foreign reserves, and has proved to be more difficult to untangle than was expected.

The hunt for the cash is on. The EU ordered all member countries to order their banks to report any holdings of (Central Bank of Russia) money on February 15.

The funds have only been frozen, but technically they still belong to the (Centraal Bank of Russia). Under international law one government cannot seize another government’s property unless it declares war; the EU has repeatedly said it has no intention of declaring war on Russia. That makes seizing the $300bn of frozen funds legally very difficult.

Now, aside from the fact that all the talk about "sanctions" is so much hot air masking the fact that they really have no sound way of finding every last little kopek lurking on the ledgers of the Russian accounts in the West, the article discloses that the European Union, in yet another example of bureaucratic inefficiency and disorganization, has no one set of books dealing with Russia's accounts....

....Now, I don't know about you, but I call that extremely interesting, because behind all this assumed bureaucratic inefficiency, a multitude of dubious behavior and outright crimes might be being conducted. In Scenario 1 we would have European officials dutifully mouthing "our full support and sympathy" with "our Ukrainian partners" and with their "American masters" and with America's "policy objectives and aid" &c &c blah blah blah, while in the meantime, it's really business as usual with Russia. In short, "we can't find it because we don't want to find it and hence have not put into place any centralized mechanism to do so." In Scenario 2 a similar situation prevails, but in this case, the absence of such a centralized system or "ledger" allows those frozen assets to be accessed piecemeal and by a variety of parties - including the USSA and Russia - for their own purposes in a manner similar to how banks use the float to conduct quick off-the-books investments and gain some quick profits. In a certain way, both scenarios rely on a feature of "sanctions" that most people do not notice, or if they do, they really do not think about: sanctions regimes and policies are a way to use someone else's assets and deposits to make money; it's a way to extend the period of a float more or less indefinitely. While Russia's money is supposedly frozen (in accounts you supposedly can't find), you can use that money unbeknownst to others, to make more money, or for whatever other purpose or agenda you have in mind.

Call it the "Sanctions-as-Float" Scam, the latest in the Central Banksters' seemingly bottomless bag of dirty tricks.

Would "they" actually do such a thing?

Well, rather than answer that question directly, I advance Scenario 3 as a possible high-octane answer: if you're willing to do all that Scenarios 1 and 2 imply, then why not simply shift the money in those accounts to the Ukraine in the form of "aid"? I'll grant that it's nasty, but it's just the sort of nasty that Mr. Globalooney would like: finance a war against Russia with Russia's own money. After all, they've been at war with the western middle class for decades, and financing that war with the middle class's own money in the form of taxes, inflation, and other schemes (think central bank digital currency). I wouldn't put any of this past them.  It's wild, it's crazy, it's virtually impossible to pull off without being caught at some point. But I don't put it past them.  It goes without saying that when one reaches this point, people will abandon trust in the systems and people advocating it.

And that is what we also see happening in fact. It's that fact that is so disturbing, because it may be an indicator that others are coming up with similar wild and woolly scenarios, and are taking the steps to minimize their exposure to the risks involved in financial dealing with the criminally insane. They're pulling their money out - and not buying the securities - of a systemically corrupt and untrustworthy system.
