In the video above, Jessica Rose, who holds a doctorate in computational biology, interviews microbiologist Kevin McKernan on “Good Morning CHD.” McKernan’s team recently discovered1,2,3,4 simian virus 40 (SV40) promoters in Pfizer’s and Moderna’s bivalent mRNA COVID shots. For decades, SV40 has been suspected of causing cancer in humans.5 As explained in the abstract, posted on OSF Preprints in April 2023:6

Equally—if not more—troubling, these DNA contaminants can also alter the human genome. As Mr. McKernan explains, genomic sequencing involves reading the letters of the genome, A, T, C, and G, which make up the DNA code. Both DNA and RNA can be sequenced in this manner.
DNA can be likened to a copy of the hard drive of your cell, while RNA is like your task manager, dictating the software program being run at a given moment. When you sequence RNA, you get a sense of what the cell is being instructed to do, while sequencing DNA tells you everything the cell could possibly do if the proper instructions are present.
COVID Shots Contain Both RNA and DNA
It’s been assumed that the COVID shots contained only RNA, but using genomic sequencing, Mr. McKernan discovered they contain DNA fragments as well, and there really should not be any. The RNA is basically copied, or “Xeroxed,” off the DNA, and only the RNA should be in the final product.
As noted by Mr. McKernan, the DNA used is proprietary. “They don’t want people to know all the tricks they put in the DNA to drive maximum amount of Xeroxing, if you will.” But what popped out during sequencing was the entire sequencing vector, “which shows us everything they’re doing to drive the expression of this RNA,” Mr. McKernan says.
So we now know they’re using a T7 promoter, an SV40 promoter, an antibiotic-resistance gene, that the replication is bacterial in origin, and more. As Mr. McKernan explains, you need vast amounts of DNA to get the amount of RNA required for these shots. To get the DNA required, a piece of DNA that codes for RNA in a circle, called a plasmid, was created and then reproduced inside E. coli in a huge vat.
Plasmids are unique in that they have an origin of replication that allows the DNA to copy itself several hundred times inside every cell of the E. coli. Since bacteria double every 20 minutes, you get exponential amplification of the DNA overnight.
The DNA must then be extracted from the E. coli and purified. Once that’s done, a T7 in vitro transcription reaction is run on the purified DNA, which copies the RNA off that DNA.
The plasmid that is put in with the E. coli—the sequencing vector—is the blueprint for how the RNA is made, and this is what Mr. McKernan found, in its entirety, in the vials. It really should not be there. Only the purified RNA should be present.
Regulatory agencies have an acceptable upper limit for double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) in medical products. Still, the amount of DNA Mr. McKernan found was orders of magnitude higher than those thresholds.
The arbitrary limit for dsDNA set by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) is 330 nanograms per milligram (ng/mg), but Mr. McKernan suspects that limit isn’t stringent enough because they probably didn’t consider that it might include replicable DNA. In all likelihood, this limit was primarily based on concerns about E. coli DNA, which might get mixed in.
In a May 20, 2023, Substack article,7 Mr. McKernan also pointed out that Pfizer itself submitted evidence to the EMA showing sampled lots containing anywhere from 1 ng/mg to 815 ng/mg of DNA, so regulators knew they had quality control problems from the start. In Mr. McKernan’s testing, the highest level of DNA contamination found was 30 percent, which is rather astounding.
Endotoxin Concerns
Mr. McKernan also explains that one of the primary concerns when pulling plasmids out of E. coli is the fact that endotoxins frequently tag along. Lipopolysaccharide (LPS), an endotoxin, sits on the outside of gram-negative bacteria such as E. coli. When injected, endotoxin can cause anaphylaxis, and life-threatening anaphylaxis just so happens to be among the most commonly reported side effects of these shots. According to Mr. McKernan,8 “Whenever we see DNA contamination, like from plasmids, ending up in any injectable, the first thing people think about is whether there’s any E. coli endotoxin present because that creates anaphylaxis for the injected … You can see people get injected with this and drop. That could be the background from this E. coli process of manufacturing the DNA.”
What Is the SV40 Promoter For?
As mentioned earlier, the sequencing vector found also included an SV40 promoter. To be clear, this is not the whole virus. It’s only the promoter, meaning a specific portion of the viral DNA essential for gene expression. The problem is that this particular promoter is known to be problematic.
SV40 promoters have been studied for years and are known to trigger cancer when encountering an oncogene (a gene that can potentially cause cancer). Moreover, Mr. McKernan found that one of the Pfizer vials had not just one but two SV40 promoters.
One of them had a nuclear localization sequence (NLS) that the other didn’t have—a 72 base-pair insertion for a nuclear localization sequence (NLS) that makes the promoter “much more aggressive and also drives the sequence into the nucleus” of the cell. NLS is a sequence that tags a given protein for import into the cell nucleus, further heightening the risk of genome integration.

Now, this second, more aggressive promoter was only found in one of the two Pfizer vials tested, even though the vials were from the same lot. What might account for this remarkable quality discrepancy? At a bare minimum, it suggests Pfizer is changing its manufacturing on the fly, without oversight. Changing the plasmid used is a major change in manufacturing that really should require regulatory oversight, Mr. McKernan notes.
As for why any of the SV40 promoters are in there, Mr. McKernan is sure it was part of an intentional design, as these promoters have a long research history.
Genome Integration Can Occur in More Ways Than 1
The reason NLS is so concerning is that it can drive genome integration even in the absence of LINE-1 (long interspersed nuclear elements 1), which allows for insertions, deletions, and rearrangements within the genome through reverse transcription.
“If you’re injecting this much DNA, you don’t need LINE-1 at all. You can get integration off these vectors alone, and if vectors have things that localize in the nucleus, then odds go up tremendously that there could be genome integration going on,” Mr. McKernan says.
Cytoplasmic transfection can also allow for genetic manipulation because the nucleus disassembles and exchanges cellular components with the cytosol during cell division.
Even if genetic modification does not occur, the fact that you’re getting foreign DNA into your cells can pose a risk. Partial expression could occur, for example, or it might interfere with other transcription translations already in the cell.
How Might Cinnamycin Resistance Gene Affect Human Health?
Ms. Rose and Mr. McKernan also discuss how the cinnamycin-resistant gene found in the sequencing vector might impact human health. What happens if this gets into a patient and encounters bacteria? Will it make that bacteria resistant to cinnamycin (a tricyclic antibiotic)?
“While speculative, at the moment, we would assume yes,” Mr. McKernan says. “Plasmids get absorbed by bacteria at 37 degrees (Celsius) temperature, which is the temperature of your gut … and if they can confer any selective advantage, then they’re going to replicate and become the dominant species in your microbiome.”
Possibly, it might require the patient to be on an antibiotic when this occurs, as this is what would give the bacteria the selective advantage. Still, antibiotic use is quite common, so this is not a concern that should be discarded off hand. Potentially, these bivalent jabs may be spreading antibiotic resistance through the injected population, which could have grave consequences.
Will Your Microbiome Produce Spike Protein?
A related question is whether your microbiome might also produce spike protein permanently. Mr. McKernan suspects the bacteria will make spike RNA, but bacterial ribosomes don’t have the right equipment to read that RNA, so they probably won’t be able to translate it.
That said, bacteria are frequently absorbed by mammalian cells in a process called bactofection, a known gene transfer technique.9 So this may result in your cells producing spike protein.
The RNA in the COVID jab is also modified to resist breakdown, so you really have two versions of the spike protein that can persist longer than anticipated, and the spike protein, of course, is the most toxic part of the virus that can cause your body to attack itself. Mr. McKernan says:

Quote:“The real concern is we’ve got an amplifiable piece of DNA that can replicate in bacteria. Your body is loaded with bacteria [and] it’s going to start replicating this DNA once it’s inside of them, and we don’t know what’s going to happen after that.

Quote:“It could make RNA, it could get absorbed into mammalian cells, it could be killed and completely gotten rid of. But the DNA shouldn’t be there to begin with. So we have to start monitoring how much DNA is actually in lot to lot. What is its length? Is it circular? And how much of it can we tolerate?”

Mr. McKernan Calls on Scientists to Reproduce His Results
On his Substack, Mr. McKernan published all the details10 scientists and labs would need to rapidly and inexpensively replicate his investigation and assess the dsDNA contamination of COVID shots around the world. He’s urging researchers to do so.
According to Mr. McKernan, one team has already contacted him, saying they found a sequencing vector in the original monovalent COVID shots. Their findings will hopefully be released shortly.

I am putting this forward more to ask how I might employ a task to combat what I consider just utter and complete bitchiness.

My 'true love' has been recently employed at a 24/7 roadside stop.  It's 'night shifts' and she caters for 'truckies' and those who travel the lonely highway looking for a rest spot and feed.  She cooks and provides meals.

 'Truey' is well experienced having been the manager of 'fast food' restaurants for some years and employed by me to provide meals for prisoners as well as clean those occupied cells after they prisoners have been transferred to the court for justice.  Also this 'true angel' has followed me around with children and encompassed herself with immediate employment including lifeguarding at recreational parks.

I could go on but she's my best mate. 

To the point.  At this roadside restaurant her boss or 'stupervisor' advises her that she should, advise this (her) supervisor/manager of intending requests for a day off or shift change.  

True love asked for one 'rostered' day off to watch an Australian game of Rugby League.  i.e. 'State of Origin'   She has been a fan of this since her younger childhood.  She did this weeks in advance.

Sorry to bore you if I am but this game is like the 'world series' to us and we enjoy travelling to our country mates locations to actively partake of a nights entertainment.  Happens 3 times per year.  'Best out of 3'. 

So 'Truey' organises with her boss to have that evening off (weeks in advance) to watch the game and enjoy a night with our mates where it was our turn to provide the food and eats (nibblies). 

'Sure' says the boss.  'Thanks for letting me know in advance'.

So, all is organised.

This game kicks off at 8pm.  Goes for 40 minutes a side then another 40 minutes after half time.  So about 2 hours.

Boss says, 'I rostered you to start at 10pm so you can watch the game and enjoy yourself'  

If you say 'Wait! What!' in American terms,  it's like Yeah/nah' here in Australia.

Do the math from here.  My lovely 'true love' needs 1 hour (at least) to get to work.  Dodges kangaroos an all.  Before a shift from 10pm to 6am she needs to have a sleep..  So she is sleeping as I type this.  Not watching the game myself.  Who gives an eff.  My lady is supporting our lifestyle sleeping while her boss is thinking "i've done the right thing'.

Working for a living, a paying job is a job, but knowing my wife's boss, this is simply being a bitch and she thinks "I own you'.

This is simply a 'bitch act' and not noble at all.

The boss is smart enough to play games with peoples lives.

According to federal prosecutors, CEFC China Energy funded a scheme to "recruit" former CIA director James Woolsey to pen articles for Chinese state-run media that promoted Chinese government initiatives. Prosecutors allege that CEFC China Energy ran the operation through Gal Luft, the co-director of a think tank Woolsey founded. Luft is charged with failing to register as a foreign agent for "work related to Chinese foreign principals." Luft, a dual Israeli and American citizen, disclosed earlier this year that he was under investigation, but claimed he was targeted because he provided the FBI with information about Hunter Biden’s work for CEFC China Energy in 2019.

The allegation that CEFC China Energy targeted a top American intelligence official for an influence operation is certain to add intrigue to the company’s dealings with the Biden family. The family's links to CEFC China Energy drew the attention of the Justice Department’s and FBI’s counterintelligence investigators, according to IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley, who led the agency’s tax fraud investigation of Hunter Biden. Republicans have asserted that the family’s work with CEFC China Energy "posed counterintelligence and extortion concerns," in part because of CEFC China Energy’s alleged ties to Chinese military intelligence.

In some ways, CEFC China Energy’s approach to Biden is similar to its outreach to Luft. Prosecutors allege that Patrick Ho, a CEFC China Energy executive and leader of the company’s China Energy Fund Committee think tank, gave $350,000 to Luft’s think tank in 2015. The following year, Ho asked Luft to "recruit and ‘educate’" Woolsey so that he "would make public statements…which were in the interest of China." According to prosecutors, Luft wrote articles under Woolsey’s name for Chinese state media outlets that promoted China’s Belt and Road Initiative, the massive infrastructure project that Beijing has used to gain influence in foreign countries. CEFC China Energy paid Woolsey $6,000 per month, according to the indictment.

CEFC China Energy also made its first outreach to Hunter Biden in 2015, when his father was vice president. The father of a classmate of Hunter Biden’s daughter contacted Hunter Biden in October 2015, offering to facilitate a donation from CEFC China to a charity where Hunter Biden served as a director. The man, Scott Oh, also asked to discuss "investment opportunities" and "invitations for the B’s to speak in China," an apparent reference to the Biden family.

Weeks later, former United Nations official Vuk Jeremic, who served as a consultant for CEFC China Energy, contacted Hunter Biden to arrange a meeting with the company.

It is unclear what transpired between CEFC China Energy and the Bidens until 2017, when Hunter Biden formally struck a lucrative consulting deal with the company.

The exact nature of Hunter Biden’s work for CEFC China Energy has remained a mystery. He discussed potential energy mergers for CEFC China Energy and energy companies in Louisiana, but those deals fizzled. The company paid Hunter Biden $5 million from August 2017 through May 2018, according to bank records.

There is evidence that Joe Biden was involved in his son’s dealings with CEFC China Energy. Rob Walker, a longtime Biden family friend, told the FBI in December 2020 that Joe and Hunter Biden attended a meeting with CEFC China Energy officials at the Four Seasons in Washington, D.C. And Tony Bobulinski, a former Hunter Biden partner, has released text messages that indicate he met with Joe Biden in May 2017 to discuss a venture with CEFC China Energy.

Hunter Biden invoked his father in a threatening text message to CEFC China Energy executives on July 30, 2017, demanding payment as part of their business arrangement. The company wired Hunter Biden $100,000 days later, and would send him millions of dollars more over the ensuing months. In September 2017, Hunter Biden asked the building manager for his Washington, D.C., office to make a set of keys for his father and CEFC China executives, referring to them all as "office mates."

CEFC China Energy also paid Hunter Biden another $1 million to provide legal services to Patrick Ho, the CEFC China Energy executive who worked closely with Luft. Ho, who is described as Luft’s "co-conspirator" throughout the latest indictment, was indicted in November 2017 for attempting to bribe two African officials to purchase oil rights on behalf of CEFC China Energy. Ho’s meetings with the African officials were arranged by Vuk Jeremic, the CEFC China Energy consultant who contacted Hunter Biden about working with the firm in late 2015.

House Republicans have sought interviews with Jeremic, a former Serbian foreign minister, but he has declined the request.

The indictment provides other details about CEFC China Energy’s ties to the Chinese government, and covert activities aimed at helping Beijing.

According to prosecutors, Luft claimed that CEFC China Energy chairman Ye Jinming "has very close relations with President Xi Jinping." Hunter Biden met Ye numerous times, including at Ye’s house in Miami in February 2017, where Ye gave him an $80,000 diamond. Hunter Biden wrote a letter to Ye on June 1, 2017, offering "best wishes from my family and I."

"We are all hoping to see you here again soon, or in Shanghai," Biden wrote. He also touted "top relationships we have with the leaders both politically and economically in countries you are interested in expanding into."

Hunter Biden seemingly acknowledged concerns that CEFC China Energy was linked to the Chinese government. He referred to Patrick Ho as the "fucking spy chief of China" in audio recordings in 2018. In May 2017 text messages, Hunter Biden said that he wanted to avoid registering work for CEFC China Energy under the Foreign Agents Registration Act, the same law that Luft is now accused of violating.
Neither Hunter Biden nor Woolsey, who served as Clinton’s CIA chief until 1995, have been charged with any crimes related to their work for CEFC China Energy.

My case last night was another case of human trafficking. There are as many reasons as there are stars at how people get caught in this trap.

Trying to make sense out of it seems impossible. Mainly because most of the time the victim is looking for someone that is going to do something for them they feel they cannot do for themselves.

I think a huge way to avoid some of the traps is for people to learn and to teach their children that there no knight in shinning armor. There is no "man" that is going to fix them, the world, or others. There is no "man" that is going to save them or the world. When Jesus returns it will be known to all at once and every knee will bow.

Those that are being led to believe that any "man" is God, Savior, or Divine, it is a cult. As shown in this video, the number of those fooled, brainwashed, or supporting the lie, means nothing. A lie, a deception, is a lie and a deception, no matter how it is promoted or dressed.

This video is just one in a million.

Get this: there is no way that Ukraine can avoid defeat in its US-provoked struggle with Russia. Russia has every advantage. It is next door to Ukraine. It has robust arms production capacity. The terrain of the war is its own historic “borderland,” which it has controlled since the 18th century, except for the past thirty years when Ukraine functioned as Grift Central for US military contractors and their political enablers. Despite massive arms assistance from the US and grudging contributions from the NATO contingent in Europe, there is almost nothing left of the Ukrainian military in troops, equipment, and munitions. Ukraine will return eventually to demilitarized “borderland” status.

What are NATO’s alternatives now? It can try to return to negotiation. Russia has no reason to trust that process, given how the Minsk 1 and 2 accords worked out (NATO and the US willfully and dishonestly voided them). The US and NATO could send their own troops into Ukraine, but that would be suicide, considering the alliance’s arms and munitions drawdown and America’s feminized army. The US could go a little further and provoke a nuclear exchange (suicide by other means) — and given the level of terminal-hysterical insanity in the US Blob, that’s not out of the question.

One likely, reality-based alternative is to stand by and let Russia complete its Special Military Operation to pacify and neutralize Ukraine. The prevailing theory is that this would be the end of America’s world dominance militarily, and effectively the end of NATO, but also the end financially for the US, as the non-West abandons the dollar. In that scenario, the BRICs dump their trillions in US bond holdings, sending all that putative “money” back to America, stoking a king-hell inflation, effectively bankrupting us. It would be the final fruit of the disastrous “Joe Biden” regime imposed on us via election fraud by the Blob: the US reduced in a few short years to a broke, socially disordered, marginalized power susceptible to its own political breakup — not a tantalizing outcome, but perhaps better than turning the planet Earth into a smoldering ashtray.

That outcome would force our country to turn inward and face its own stupendous failures of honor, decency, and integrity. It would be the end of the Blob’s hegemony inside the USA. The question is whether the Blob sets America’s house on fire in the attempt to save itself and escape a legal accounting for its crimes. One kindling stack already burning is the pile-up of jive prosecutions aimed at Mr. Trump. You know that the attempt to kick him off the game-board using Special Counsel Jack Smith may easily lead to severe civil disorder, and possibly a counter-coup, a US first!

The current Mar-a-Lago “Doc Box” case is as much a complete fabrication as were RussiaGate and Impeachment Number One — Mr. Trump’s telephone inquiry to Ukraine about the Biden family grifting operations there, now firmly documented to be true. An upright judge would summarily dismiss the Mar-a-Lago case and slam sanctions on the US attorneys involved, including disbarment and criminal investigation for mounting a maliciously fraudulent prosecution. AG Merrick Garland and his deputy, Lisa Monaco, obviously would have some ‘splainin’ to do, possibly before juries.

A long list of public figures populating the Blob await a reckoning: Hillary and Bill Clinton and their retainers, Barack Obama and retinue, John Brennan, James Clapper, James Comey, Christopher Wray (plus Rosenstein, Strzok, McCabe, Carlin, Ohr, Mueller, Weissmann, Horowitz, Atkinson, Ciaramella, Vindman), Rep. Adam Schiff, Senator Mark Warner, William Barr, Avril Haines, Marie Yovanovitch, William Burns, James Boasberg, Marc Elias, Michael Bromwich, David Laufman, Alejandro Mayorkas, Xavier Baccera, Anthony Fauci, Rochelle Walensky, Francis Collins, Lloyd Austin. Mark Milley, Antony Blinken, Jake Sullivan, Ron Klain, Nancy Pelosi, Liz Cheney… the list goes way on, but there’s a start.

     The weeks of summer 2023 are the fulcrum for a great public attitude adjustment. The Blob’s psy-ops are finally failing among just enough of the formerly mind-fucked to tip the national consensus against the gang behind all this treasonous political depravity.
