On July 2, 2025, the Colombian Navy announced the seizure of an autonomous underwater vehicle / unmanned narco submarine as part of a press release regarding the Orion Multinational Strategy, a global initiative led by Colombia to combat drug trafficking and related transnational crimes.

The incident marked the first known use of unmanned underwater vessels in drug trafficking. According to the Colombian Navy, the discovery of the autonomous semi-submersible highlights a shift toward more advanced and sophisticated smuggling technologies. These systems enhance the ability of criminal networks to evade detection, posing an increasing threat to international maritime security.

“This demonstrates an evolution in the logistical capabilities of drug trafficking, which seeks to surpass traditional approaches through innovation and highly adaptive means.” said Admiral Juan Ricardo Rozo, Chief of the Colombian Navy in the press release.

The unmanned vessel appears to have been designed for remote operation (autonomous or semi-autonomous). The image shared by the Colombian Navy suggest that it is fitted with a Starlink antenna on the bow. Open-source information indicates that it has the capacity to transport up to 1.5 tons of cocaine.

Manufactured in Colombia, these rudimentary and lightweight vessels operate at waterline level, allowing them to travel longer distances than conventional speedboats while remaining difficult for authorities to detect and track.

Speaking to Naval News, H. I. Sutton, an experienced OSINT analyst and regular Naval News contributor, stated that like almost all so-called ‘narco submarines’ this vessel is not truly submersible. “It runs low in the water with just the air inlets and communications antenna above water.” he said. “This will make it very difficult to detect, although no more so than the crewed equivalent. Therefore the shift to uncrewed operations isn’t driven by increased stealth.“

Previous uncrewed “narco-submarines” have typically been smaller in size and used for shorter routes. They have been detected in the Mediterranean Sea, transporting cannabis from Albania to Italy and from Morocco to Spain. This incident marks the first recorded discovery of such a vessel in Latin America.

Sutton also underlined that use of unmanned submersibles for drug trafficking has some risck for the smugglers as well. “The challenge for the narcotics smugglers will be keeping the engine running. There is no crew aboard to fix it if it breaks down. This will however be baked into the risk-benefit calculations.” he added.

Sutton also mentioned that the use of Starlinkfor high-data two-way satellite communications will be key to the viability of uncrewed narco-submarines.

Unmanned systems are known to offer significant advantages across both military and civilian applications. In military contexts, removing the human element from operations eliminates the risk of personnel casualties, enabling decision-makers to pursue more ambitious and risk-tolerant strategies. In recent decades, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) have been widely deployed on the battlefield. However, the emergence of unmanned surface vessels (USVs), particularly their game-changing impact in the Russia–Ukraine war, has triggered a paradigm shift in naval warfare. While unmanned underwater vehicles (UUVs) have primarily been used in underwater surveys, sampling, and mine countermeasure operations, the technology remains in active development.

Beyond their operational benefits, the proliferation of unmanned systems presents serious concerns, the risk of these technologies falling into the hands of terrorist organizations or armed groups. The increasing use of kamikaze drones by various terrorist entities has validated these concerns. Given the relatively low cost of production and the high cost of countering such systems, both technological innovation and the development of new concepts of operations (CONOPS) remain ongoing efforts to mitigate this asymmetric threat.

In this context, the use of unmanned underwater vehicles for drug trafficking marks a new and alarming development. The fact that criminal organizations have acquired this technology raises the possibility that terrorist groups may also have access to it. Detecting threats underwater is significantly more complex and costly than detecting threats on the surface or in the air.

As such, preventing the transport of narcotics or other contraband, and more critically, averting potential terrorist attacks using these platforms has underscored the growing importance of deploying fixed hydrophone detection systems around key naval bases and critical maritime infrastructure. This incident confirms that the threat is no longer theoretical, and future analyses and security strategies must take this evolving risk into account.

Well, before we get to that you might want to pour yourself three fingers of your favorite adult beverage, sit down, calm yourself, and breathe deeply, and have a nice long pull on that drink - aww heck, forget about the three fingers, just take the whole bottle with you to your favorite chair, and prepare yourself for some side-splitting laughter and hilarity, because the Pennsylslovakia plan is this:

What they're not telling you is that the "shifting demand preferences" are those of the banksters themselves, who are wanting to swap all that crapto-currency nonsense and fancy sheets of paper sovereign securities (if you're lucky enough to get those) for good old hard assets like land, buildings, houses, cars, gold, silver, jewels, and even equity positions.

But wait, there's more. This is Deutsche Bank, after all, and if anyone knows how to plunder a whole continent, it's Mitsubishi ....er... Deutsche ... well, nevermind. There's a part two to this German thoroughness, and it's another knee-slapping side-splitting guffaw of raucous laughter:

Yes, you read that all correctly: they plan to force the domestic population to buy all the bond-backed crapto-currency via regulation and "incentives".

Or to put all of this Banksterese into plain language: as the foreign markets for US sovereign debt dry up, they plan to transfer ownership of all that to the American people by force, in return for hard assets, things like cash, equities, bullion, land, commodities, and so on.   Meanwhile, you get electronic blips...


...it's a plan worthy of Hjalmar Schacht, and it leaves poor Hans Gruber, the villain from Die Hard, holding all those bearer bonds worth absolutely nothing and plunging from the building to the ground below. The only difference is, you don't even get the fancy-looking sheets of paper. You get the electronic blips...

I haven't laughed this hard since learning about the "electronic transfer systems" they plan to introduce with the bullion depositories. And to think I actually thought, initially, they were a good thing, and that the Utah goldbacks might be an indicator that things were returning to sanity. Boy, was I wrong...

And of course, the usual marketing gimmick accompanies this scientism: it is all about promoting human health and - here it comes - longevity:

Do we really need to rehearse the dangers inherent in this whole project and its goal? They are trying to create the "perfect human", one devoid of "genetic imperfections" - with all their tendencies to various diseases and ailments and dismorphisms and frailties  - that afflict us all. That's the marketing and advertising for the scheme. But the ideas of "perfection" are going to be left up to the technocrats in charge of the project. Suppose they are successful in creating "the perfect man" - which they won't be, but just suppose they create something they believe to be "perfect" - will that "perfection" be able to avoid the typical human tendency to "look down upon" perceived inferiors (and by the way, those perceived inferiors are the rest of us)?  The answer to that question is provided by human history itself, with example after example of the "new man" slaughtering his "inferiors" at an industrial scale.


And this is the second problem with their scientism: not all of humanity's flaws are genetic. Indeed, most of them are not material flaws at all, and if you were paying attention in Sunday school those material flaws were somehow the material result - the effect - of deeper immaterial causes. Do we really want to bring longevity to the one-man horror shows and the long-train of abusers (to paraphrase the Declaration of Independence) that were Mao, Stalin, Hitler, Pol Pot and so on?

We know what else will happen: already the scientismists have pointed the way by creating chimeras: growing human ears on pig embryos and putting human brain cells into mice. What's to stop the process in reverse? What if the "ideal of the perfect man" includes scorpion stingers, wings and feathers, prehensil tails? Why not create special chimerical "humanimals" or "manimals" to perform specific tasks? (Who needs robots, after all? We know the answer to that as well: whichever is cheaper and easier to control.)

Of course, no one will listen to those of us trying to sound the alarm about all of this,  because the scientismists will do it simply because they can, and because they've already convinced themselves that they are of sufficient wisdom to control it all, that they, indeed, did not fall, but that the rest of man did, and that they are here to help. Nevertheless, it needs to be said anyway: this is the path to to a  very inhuman hell.  Someday, perhaps even soon, everyone will be faced with a choice: either take the technological and technocratic immortality and hell of Lewis' National Institute of Coordinated Experiments (N.I.C.E.), or take another one that is entirely gratis.

Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide and had no “client list,” according to the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the FBI.
On July 7, the two agencies released a memo stating that they would not release any further material related to the Epstein case.
“As part of our commitment to transparency, the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation have conducted an exhaustive review of investigative holdings relating to Jeffrey Epstein,” the agencies stated in the memo, which was confirmed by White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt.
The review found that Epstein committed suicide in his cell as he was awaiting trial in August 2019. This concurs with an autopsy conducted at the time.
“The conclusion that Epstein died by suicide is further supported by video footage from the common area of the Special Housing Unit (SHU) where Epstein was housed at the time of his death,” the memo reads.
The review found that Epstein did not keep a list of clients as part of his sex trafficking activities.
Additionally, there is no evidence that Epstein blackmailed individuals, according to the memo.
Nonetheless, according to the review, Epstein “harmed over one thousand victims” as “each suffered unique trauma.”

“This Department of Justice is following through on President Trump’s commitment to transparency and lifting the veil on the disgusting actions of Jeffrey Epstein and his co-conspirators,” she said in February upon the first release of files.
“The FBI is entering a new era—one that will be defined by integrity, accountability, and the unwavering pursuit of justice,” FBI Director Kash Patel said at the time.
“There will be no cover-ups, no missing documents, and no stone left unturned—and anyone from the prior or current Bureau who undermines this will be swiftly pursued.
“If there are gaps, we will find them. If records have been hidden, we will uncover them. And we will bring everything we find to the DOJ to be fully assessed and transparently disseminated to the American people as it should be.”
