I know there are some people really into this sort of stuff with regards to out of body experiences and the possibility of a holographic universe so I will post this for them. I am a left hemisphere type person so if I can not touch it, use it in a meaningful way I usually do not devote the time or thoughts into such an endeavor...Maybe my loss but it has served me well in this life IMO.

I do not know about you Guys and Gals but over the last two years every time I hear something about Hunter I ask myself why has there not been serious action heaped upon his head for all the various crimes he has been accused of. Now someone else who has dirt on the Bidens has been arrested and claims his arrest is nothing more than a means to shut him up...?? Three Americans have died, eight have suffered vision loss and four people have had to have their eyeballs removed after becoming infected with a rare drug-resistant strain of bacteria called Pseudomonas aeruginosa. 
The bacteria has been found lurking in EzriCare and Delsam Pharma eyedrops from the Indian manufacturer Global Pharma, which have been recalled while health officials investigate. 
Most patients reported using 10 different brands of artificial tears, but EzriCare Artificial Tears, a preservative-free, over-the-counter product, was the brand most commonly reported.
What do we know about the outbreak?


The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) says 68 people in 16 states were diagnosed with infections from the bacteria in EzriCare, which has caused three deaths and eight people losing their vision, and four people who had to have their eyeballs removed

So one of my Team Members did the unthinkable a little while back and agreed to a Television interview!

This was recorded in 1966 if I remember correctly ? youtu.be... Dewayne and the Beldettas was the last band I played in before entering the service...cause I wanted to fly.. Dewayne the lead singer died a few years back and Jim our organ player became a PHD professor of music at Okla. University.. Jim could play trumpet, organ, and bass peddle on the B3 organ all at the same time and sound "GOOD!" He did many of our arrangements... We were a large band with a Singer (Dewayne) trumpet player, saxophone, drums, base guitar, lead guitar and organ which back in 66 was rather large. Everyone could play a different instrument besides their primary.. There were times depending on the song we would have 2 Trumpets and two Saxophones playing to make the song sound right... We played everything from top 40 rock to golden oldies... I was making enough to buy top of the line musical equipment and a car and have money left for a girlfriend so I thought I was doing OK.

We did 4 show tunes a night to start a set and one of the show tunes was...... "Lawrence of Arabia" which we always got a standing ovation for our rendition; yes I know Lawrence of Arabia and a rock band but hey it worked.. I remember the fuzz tone and guitar cranked up while I did my best to make ARABIC type sounds which I can still remember getting goose bumps from some of the sounds the amp, fuzz tone, and guitar could make.. Although making Apple Jack or other liquor with the process of Cold Distillation may be a subject that doesn't belong in the Survival and Sustainability forum, like in my previous threads on wine and beer making, I would put forth that alcohol is fundamental in regard to a number of uses.

Now, putting that aside, I went from my Wild Berry Wine and IPA beer made entirely from scratch from the most basic brewing methods to an apple wine made from deer bait apples. That worked up really well and the alcohol percentage was really good, but the fermented apple smell and taste was barely tolerable or at best an acquired taste for someone who just wants to get drunk.

So I had thought about getting the still out and distilling the near 5 gallons of apple wine when I remembered my first deer hunting experience at a deer camp where my buddy and I were drinking Apple Jack made from hard cider. That's when I was introduced to the cold method of distillation. You freeze the hard cider solid, let it thaw slightly then pour out the alcohol leaving most of the water behind in the jug.

A gallon of my apple wine produced about a shot of high proof alcohol when poured off of the frozen block. After I let it thaw about 15-20 minutes I got about a cup and a half of something more like a strong brandy level of proof. But, what amazed me is that not only did the flavor improve enough to be drinkable, but it retained it's mild carbonation as it was still working a little.

I can see this as being a way to distill oils or aromatics for medicinal uses. Maybe I can extract menthol from mints and wintergreen or oils from medicinal plants. Perhaps flavors can be extracted this way also. I need to look into this more and see what this process can do.

NEW YORK (AP) — Manhattan prosecutors postponed a scheduled grand jury session Wednesday in the investigation into Donald Trump over hush money payments during his 2016 presidential campaign, at least temporarily slowing a decision on whether to charge the ex-president.
The postponement was confirmed by four people familiar with the matter who spoke on condition of anonymity to The Associated Press because they were not authorized to discuss an ongoing investigation by name. The grand jurors were told to be on standby for Thursday, another day when the New York panel has been meeting in recent weeks.
When the grand jurors next meet, they may hear from yet another witness, according to a person familiar with proceedings that appear to be nearing a decisive vote on whether or not to indict Trump.
The panel has been probing Trump’s involvement in a $130,000 payment made in 2016 to porn actor Stormy Daniels to keep her from going public about a sexual encounter she said she had with Trump years earlier. Trump has denied the claim, insisted he did nothing wrong and assailed the investigation, led by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, as politically motivated.
Wednesday's abrupt development, which a person familiar with the matter said was not connected to security concerns, came amid growing anticipation that Trump could soon be charged. Grand jury proceedings are shrouded in secrecy, making it hard to predict with certainty what action might be taken and when.
As the panel has been hearing from final witnesses, Trump has contended his arrest is imminent and law enforcement officials have accelerated security preparations in the event of unrest accompanying an unprecedented charge against a former U.S. president.

War and sanctions hit Russia's space program

Roscosmos Dies In Ukraine
 The Russian invasion of Ukraine in February resulted in severe economic sanctions on Russia which the Russian government was collecting less money for national programs. Military spending took priority, but that did not extend to the Russian space program. This became evident six months after the invasion when Russia confirmed that it was not withdrawing from the ISS (International Space Station) program by 2024 but would scale back its support because of the economic sanctions. That means other members of the ISS consortium will have to provide the transportation services to and from the space station. The Americans are already doing that via the SpaceX passenger and cargo capsules. Other American and European firms have developed similar capabilities. Currently the ISS is supposed to remain operational until 2030.
Even without the sanctions the Russian space program (Roscosmos) was in financial trouble, and sanctions only added to the many problems the Russian space program has had in the last decade. Roscosmos is responsible for maintaining the Russian GPS (GLONASS) satellites as well as all other military communications and surveillance satellites. Roscosmos has been receiving between $3.4 billion and $3.9 a year. This also has to cover the cost of maintaining the Plesetsk military launch site and other military related space program infrastructure. Roscosmos also handles commercial launches at the old Soviet Baikonur launch center in Kazakhstan. Russia rents this site from Kazakhstan and has fallen behind in rent payments. In response Kazakhstan seized Roscosmos assets at Baikonur. Russia is not getting foreign commercial launch business because of the sanctions. Because of the Ukraine war sanction, Russia has less cash in general and can’t even muster enough troops to threaten Kazakhstan. There is also a problem with Russia referring to Kazakhstan as one of many areas, like Ukraine, that should be absorbed back into Russia. Kazakhstan agrees with Ukraine on that issue and is standing up to Russia to show its determination.
The current Russian government wants to eliminate all cooperation with Western nations (the United States and Europe). Roscosmos officials point out that is not economically possible or technically preferable.
