Exactly - what the hell is this guy thinking? My house, my rules... not my house, Amazon's rules. I'd have had a locksmith out there in hour 3, getting that shit opened up and getting rid of any "smart" locks. This guy? Nope, he ain't doing that. Instead, he's trying to find excuses for an inexcusable delivery driver. Soon as he watched the video and saw Driver Dude wearing earphones, but claiming he "heard sumpin' from yer doorbell", it would have been on with Amazon, especially if Amazon had the temerity to steal MY house over it!
