I entirely agree. When the same media have reared generations -certainly in Europe, to believe that true war
cripples the nations involved to the point of where things we take for granted are -not only negatively effected
-but stopped completely, we now have a 'war-torn' country taking part in international soccer tournaments and
winning AND hoping to host a Eurovision Song Contest!
People in political positions regularly visit the leader of this war-ravaged country and visa-versa for a photo-op.
An enemy is chosen for us by the same media who are somehow on the ground to benefit from such meetings.
There's a lot of human logistics involved in all these examples and yet, we're presented with the old manner of
perceiving a 'War' and assumed to accept it.
