When Attacking Iran Becomes a Self-Fulfilling Prophecy
and this
The end-times theology driving US intervention in Iran
End Times Obsession and the Cost of Indifference.
I dont know, but looking what`s going on now ....all seems to look more like setting the stage for " something ugly" rather than...rational moves .It`s not looking like rational adults game at all.
SecDef nominee Pete Hegseth is a dangerous End Times religious fanatic Armageddon pushing Zionist who wants to start World War III
Let's not forget the Israel/U.S.A. connection both in a dying ideological religions and warmongering for U.S. profit.
My first impression of the U.S. getting into other country's wars is feeding the war machine to make more money because the tariffs are a fail and Trump and Netanyahu need wars to keep them in power and from going to prison.
"Meanwhile, some American Christian groups frame the conflict as a "holy war" between God and Satan, viewing Israel’s defense as divinely ordained. This religious framing influences political rhetoric, with figures like Senator Lindsay Graham describing the conflict as religious in nature. However, public opinion in the U.S. has grown skeptical: a 2025 Pew Research survey found 59% of Americans now hold an unfavorable view of the Israeli government, reflecting deepening concern over the war’s conduct and humanitarian impact"

Now Iran's government is labelling this as a 'holy war', but it's just the same wars which have been raging on since religion was invented.
"Since the revolution, Iran’s theocratic regime, led by Ayatollah Khomeini, declared Israel an illegitimate "Zionist regime" and vowed its destruction. This ideological opposition fueled decades of proxy conflict, with Iran supporting groups like Hezbollah, Hamas, and the Houthis to challenge Israeli and U.S. influence across the Middle East."

Again, 59% of Americans hold an unfavourable view of the Israeli government, so why is the U.S. fighting Israel's wars for them?
Even the pentagon called out Trump , by saying there was no imminent threat from Iran to America .
Pentagon tells Congress no sign that Iran was going to attack US first, sources say
Trump is totally clueless what he is doing , or that is what it to me look like .
Iran has also more intel than many thought, one single missle strike killed 6 American soldiers , they knew exactly where they were. Either Chinese or Russia is giving targets.
I think Iran does have more Intel than many thought, or some U.S./Israel allies are playing both sides for their own gains.
I was thinking of making a 'make love, not war' thread but I imagine it would have ended up with the same intention/context as this one, that being, discussing the makings of war.
Yeeh well , it`s starting to look like we entered new level in this game , a scorched-earth level . So "make love , not war " starts looking more interesting choice if anyone ask me. Israel is getting smoked with missiles, and U.S / israel cant prevent it.
You said it brother.
"Bertrand Russell captures the futility of unthinking war:
“War does not determine who is right — only who is left.”"
