It happened up in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, which is in Yankee Land. I don't think they give their murderers the chair up there. I doubt they punish them much at all. They probably give them a lifetime stipend (what's called a "Crazy Check" around here) and turn 'em back loose on the population at large.
That same kind of catch-and-release murder-go-round is scheduled to come to Virginia in the last half of this year. Exciting times coming.
Shooter looked like Sammy Hagar in drag to me. If he's gonna transition, maybe do something about that 5 o'clock shadow, and maybe at least do something about that scraggly Sammy Hagar man-hair. Might not be much he could do about the build, but shit fire, if you're going to transition, do it like you mean it! I've seen lots of drag queens who look a LOT less manly than that shooter.
Something not quite right about this story, though. Shooter's name was Robert Dorgan, alias Roberta something or other. His ex-wife's name was Rhonda Dorgan. Ok, so far so good - maybe she just failed to change her last name after the divorce, since she was still carrying her former husband's last name. It happens... my second wife kept my last name after the divorce, too. Son Aidan Dorgan, sure - he's gonna carry his dad's last name. But where it starts getting weird is her parents listed names - Linda and Gerald Dorgan. They are listed as HER (Rhonda Dorgan's) parents, so why in the hell are they carrying her ex-husband's last name? Did Dorgan have so much power over the family that he forced the whole damned bunch to take his name when he married into it, or what?
