Obviously, there are logical errors in my breakdown of that statement. This argument needs things defined to even begin to make some sense.
City with No Crime = White-Dominant City
What is the definition of race dominant, or is it dominated?
I want to think that this means that the majority of the population is white and the political power is held by white people. That seems to be the claim that white cities are crime-free, while conversely, the opposite must be true.
However, this could mean that even though the city has a low percentage of whites living there, whites are the ones who hold political power, while a majority of non-whites live there without it.
Since there are always crimes committed, esp. in cities, then what can be considered to be "no crime"? Is this the same as crime-free? If the standard is the crime statistics of a majority white city verses a majority non-white one, I think that comparison would problematic for this claim.
Ultimately I believe crime is related to class and level of income. It is then compounded by the politics.
