Yep, due to a rash of bad psycho-hypnotists/hypnotherapy. Never been fully convinced this actually works or has worked but I'm sure some CIA psychologists know better. We don't have that Minority Report device, yet?

It's 2 hrs long and I've only listened to half. Nothing new if you're already familiar with Michael Schratt's presentations.
I believe the "crash Retrieval" teams started back in early cold war days with US military retrieving Russian space debris and other objects of interest. That's been noted in declassified files. We just don't know what all exactly was recovered. Lots of cover-ups no doubt.
