Apparently a bunch of drones coming over the southern border from Mexico these days.  I don't understand why they don't deploy Vulcan air defense units there and let them engage in target practice.

Once you light off a Vulcan and all those rounds fired come down "some where" and kill Johnny's dog or something else think of the lawsuits and wringing hands on the 6 O'clock news ? Either a Lazar or a microwave weapon would be better unless you fry some one's pet Pigeon. At this stage it is a problem no doubt

We could do what the Moroccan's did in the disputed Western Sahara by building a Sand Wall or as they call it, "The Berm" which is around 10 ft in height, 1700 miles in length and laced with millions of land mines. It's the longest continuous minefield in the world. Spaced out about every 3 miles are military  observation posts with artillery, machine guns, missiles & radar. About every 2.5 miles behind each major post there is rapid reaction units, which includes mobile support forces with tanks. Military arms & technology support from USA & Israel. Opposing side supported by Russia & Iran.

Yea, I know that wouldn't fly on our southern border. Just a thought.

Maybe swarms of armed, combat hardened DARPA dogs outfitted with sensors connected to Starlink that feeds into DOD command center.
