The logo is more interesting than UAP report. The unknown feathery wispy object floating in space reminds me of mystery school religions AND very similar to some genetic company logos. The universe is change / our DNA is changing. All secrets are in symbolism hidden in plain sight.
It's possible they came up with that silly acronym because there are so many other orgs with that name.
