Just about 45 years and 27,000 hours from in the trees to cruising at 45,000 and I never saw a darn thing I could not identify !! Makes me feel like a reject !! 
One of the best stories a first officer told me was about his very religious grand father who was a peanut farmer. One morning he came over a rise at his property and there amongst the peanuts sat a classic flying saucer. He froze in amazement as the craft hovered and then just departed straight up.. That is all I remember of the story...
