AARO dropped a file on KONA BLUE. It’s 56 pages + an executive summary. The project was initiated in 2009 by Sen. Harry Reid, approved in July 2011; terminated in June 2013. The DHS doc file is from 2011. It was declassified in July 2023 and took AARO 10 months to put it on their website. Good job guys, sigh.

Looks like a scan from a powerpoint summary slide deck and of course it's non-searchable. Dumb asses. Anyways, it is an interesting read, although not a whole lot we didn't already know and/or highly suspected...depending on your own standing on the UFO phenomena and all the overt/covert/obscure activities over the decades.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agrees to provide the Department of Defense (DoD) with documents and relevant information associated with KONA BLUE. KONA BLUE was a DHS prospective special access program (PSAP) terminated on February 10, 2012.

The following actions were taken:

• All DHS documents associated with the KONA BLUE PSAP are declassified and approved for public release.
  
• The strike-out method was utilized to retain visibility of prior classifications and redactions were made based on policy and legal review.
  
• All pertinent DHS records have been searched and no additional information associated with the KONA BLUE PSAP has been discovered.
  

Btw, this report seems to confirm "remote transportation of material, not just communication and data"... sounds like teleportation to me.

According to the report they have 11 separate databases for tracking UFOs & anomalous activity, threat assessment, and witness testimony (especially retirees from the IC community) after 1947 that entails air, land, undersea, (with focus on US, Canada, Mexico, Caribbean), space, and biosensors.

Remote viewing is back, baby! As suspected, the Stargate project never actually ended. It just evolved, changed names, handed over to a new dept. and went black for awhile.

"KONA BLUE" is not actually defined assuming it's a mil/intel acronym other than on page 33 of 56 only states:

One name that stands out to me on the medical side is Dr. Tara O'Toole:




Tara "the terrible" O'Toole is best known for her disaster response exercises. She was a principal author and producer of Dark Winter (2001) and Atlantic Storm (2005), both of which simulated a covert outbreak of smallpox in the United States. Both operations are online and vids on Youtube where they used actual mainstream reporters to enact a real outbreak taking place akin to War of the Worlds and those virus dystopian movies.

She is (or was) a Senior Fellow and Executive Vice President for the In-Q-Tel (CIA venture capitalist fund). She was a top-level actor in the Corona pandemic circus. And she was also a key player in Operation Clade-X, the pandemic exercise of May 15, 2018, conducted 666-days before March 11, 2020, when the coronavirus pandemic was declared by WHO. Nothing to see here, move along.


Dark Journalist's X-Series 167: KONA BLUE UFO File vs. BLUE ENIGMA Code! that aired last month claims to have 'decoded' the codeword KONA BLUE.



From the vid, the short summary is:

KONA BLUE is an acronym system that relates to the UFO crash recoveries, being terrestrial, not necessarily extraterrestrial. Refers to what he calls X-tech, that being black project advanced technology.

KONA:
K = "Kingman" as in Kingman Arizona. The 1953 crash retrieval.
O = "Ossining" - New York. Refers to the 1962 crash retrieval. It's also the home of Andre Puharich in developing the "space kids" (Valerie Ransone, a 1970's contactee was one of those kids) and his psychic adventures with the Nine occult group. Astronaut Gordon Cooper took a big interest in Ransone.
N = "Nellis" - Air Force Base. Shot down a craft. (I forgot what year he mentioned)
A = "Aztec" - New Mexico crash in 1948. Well documented case.

Keksburg and Roswell are left out of the naming system.

And BLUE he linked to the Blue Secret Space Program / UFO File from his vid last year titled, "X-Series 150: Blue SSP UFO File". He says alot of criss-cross patterns where the mil/intel uses the term BLUE relating to UFOs and specifically outer space programs.

I dunno. Interesting sure. Anyways thought I'd share all of the above as it peaks my interest until the next event or drop.
