Just because it qualifies to be rescheduled and it is recommended by the FDA's Controlled Substances staff does not mean that it will be rescheduled. The gap between "can" and "will" is a wide and bottomless chasm of political horse shit.

As an American it's your responsibility to have your own strategic duck stockpile. You can't expect the government to do it for you.
