At least I can still read posts.  We'll see how long I can hold out or ATS gets fixed.

Moderation is present there. I'm wondering if they are trying to increase their online audience by letting previously banned members back as an experiment to see if the numbers increase. As we all know the bottom line is everything.

I don’t think the site brings in any revenue. I could be wrong.

All sites need revenue some how, don't they? Unless the owner has deep pockets.

I haven't had a good debate on there in many many years. What goes on there are heated discussions devolving into lashing out, which I don't consider debating.

Well the mods have restricted me in miniscule other ways, not sure why it's a forever thing though. But, yeah, I have such a thick and hard skin that any poisoned barbs just reflect off me now.    Well most of the time, other times two mods think I have bad manners because I too can be very pointed.

I had to literally stop posting for awhile.

Almost every post was getting the famous "Mallet Hammer".  

It only stopped with all the war threads.  Too busy to worry about me, I guess.

I never call people names.  I try to stay on topic (within reason).  I try to keep it straight (no drama).

I even got a Manners Violation once for telling someone -- "those are your words and thoughts - not mine".

Same here and it makes me wonder if there is an agenda for a more right leaning site and always has been. Or it's just moderator favouritism and bias which drives their decisions which would be impossible to put aside with all of us being just human after all.
