The "Hospital" "attack" was planned and scripted by somebody.  It was too easy and all the mass protests were too fast and too organized.  I swear I saw an early report that said munitions were stored there, but heard nothing since. 

You may be correct however I tend to believe it was faulty guidance with a missile supplied by Russia or Iran that went off course or typical bad aiming ! 

As far as the protest with everyone having a cell phone even though they have no running water or an out house to crap in they can communicate with all their like minded PLO members ..  It does not take much to get them started as they are like dogs where one barks they all bark..
