In 1955, while touring the Soviet Union, a group of Americans including Sen. Richard Russell Jr. reported seeing flying saucers in Azerbaijan. From a released CIA document reveals that one of those men, Reuben Efron, was a CIA agent who tracked Oswald prior to JFK's assassination.
