One of my favorite shows from the past.
Leonard Nimoy, In Search of... Wright Patterson AFB, 1980. "Flying Saucers & Alien Bodies" - UFO Coverups: Generations raised on these themes with thousands of books, magazines, comic books, movies, TV shows, Conferences, Articles, Testimonies. An entire subculture/market. The Greatest tease of the 20th Century.

Quote:Despite remarkable events of the past six years, the UFO public is impatient when it comes to truth and disclosure. When do we get to see the craft and bodies? Where is the real evidence? Will more whistleblowers come forward? Esteemed historian Richard Dolan has heard these demands before. His meticulously researched books about the complicated politics surrounding UFO truth, including the heavy-handed tactics used by intelligence agencies, the DOD, and defense contractors, are widely regarded as the most comprehensive and accurate accounts of all time. What does Dolan make of recent whistleblower revelations, strident statements by members of Congress, and renewed interest within academic circles? In this far-reaching conversation, Jeremy and George ask Dolan about current events compared to previous periods in American history, about the global nature of UFO incidents, and about how the public might handle UFO disclosure IF the truth turns out to be far darker than we might imagine. Dolan also reveals details about his latest research project - a gargantuan investigation of USO cases, that is, incidents involving unidentified objects in or around bodies of water.

Quote:In the fall of 2017, security personnel at a U.S. military base in Iraq detected a highly unusual intruder. The bizarre object was essentially invisible to all but a thermal imaging system. A thermal recording of the object as it flew across the base was made by astonished observers. Within minutes, a video feed of the episode was cut off from U.S. allies located within the same base. Intelligence assets at the base continued to monitor the object as it crossed the facility, then zipped over an adjacent body of water, stopped on a dime, plunged into the lake, then emerged 17 minutes later and blazed into the heavens at an astonishing speed. An attempt was made by the base commanders to collect and suppress all evidence of the incident. Witnesses were all sworn to secrecy. The full video files were seized, then buried. But somehow, a partial copy of the video was made and stored on a secret internal server. The object, dubbed "the spaghetti monster" by those who later saw parts of the video, seemingly resembled a jellyfish. It was widely viewed by base personnel in the months afterward. In this episode of WEAPONIZED, Jeremy and George reveal details about how and when they obtained a video of the sensational Jellyfish UFO, what steps were taken to try and discern what it might be, and also respond to spurious attempts to explain away the jellyfish UFO as something other than a legitimate UAP. That Jellyfish video exploded onto the UFO scene days ago and has now been viewed by millions of people around the world. Included in this episode are comments from one of the military personnel who was present at the base soon after the incident.

Quote:Carl Sagan popularized the maxim that “extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.” This advice should not be optional for policy makers. In today’s world of misinformation, conspiracy driven decision-making and sensationalist-dominated governance, our capacity for rational, evidence-based critical thinking is eroding, with deleterious consequences for our ability to effectively deal with multiplying challenges of ever increasing complexity.

Quote:After a classified briefing with the Inspector General, members of Congress came away frustrated by the lack of transparency and stonewalling by intelligence agencies regarding UFO/UAP information. However, some congressmembers hinted they received information verifying certain claims made by whistleblowers about retrieved materials and non-human entities. There appears to be an effort to conceal information from Congress and the public, leading to calls for more hearings and testimony to get to the bottom of things. Overall, the briefing provided some validation but also raised more questions that require further investigation. Thanks for watching, liking, and subscribing! It really helps the channel.

Oops, this video caused me to go down the rabbit hole. Led to professor Garry Nolan and others. Now I'm hooked. So much historical stuff I'd never imagined or heard of. I watched a few of the following vids that covered more similar topics. Been hours. Clicking on this and that. I'm going for a drink and a couple of long smokes. I'll be days looking into this subject. Thanks Sky. (nothing else will get done around the place. It's too hot and humid to work outside anyway) Kind regards, Bally)

Good interview regarding the SSP.

Quote:This U.S. insider just responded to the Jellyfish UFO & sent out this message to the American people. The US just released this about the Jellyfish UFO. The United States government has issued a formal statement addressing the widely circulated video that captures the mysterious jellyfish UFO. This compelling footage originates from a military installation in Iraq and was documented back in twenty eighteen. The government's response reflects the need for a thorough examination of this intriguing event, aiming to provide an enriching and comprehensive grasp of the situation. Jeremy Corbell shared the video online. Corbell, known for his involvement in the newly unveiled UFO Revolution docuseries, emphasized that the unidentified flying object depicted in the footage was formally classified as an unidentified aerial phenomenon by the Pentagon.

So ... Grusch says he knows.
The gooberment guy at the top of the food chain of UFOs says, "There's zero evidence." What the heck would/could Grusch be charged with if he spills ALL of the beans ALL at one time? FWIW, all of this looks like it's taking a physical toll on Grusch's appearance. It took a big pair for Grusch to come forward knowing he would be shit on by the government who would do everything within their power to ruin his life; lucky he went to a sympathetic I.G. or he would already be toast IMO.

Quote:This conversation is more of a collaboration than a formal interview. Appearing on the Richard Dolan Show is Dr. Beatriz Villarroel, a leading astrophysicist at the Nordic Institute of Theoretical Physics, Stockholm University. Dr. Villarroel holds a PhD in Astronomy and a Masters in Physics from Uppsala University. Villarroel is deeply involved in the VASCO project, studying vanishing and appearing celestial sources over a century of observations. Dr. Villarroel discusses the discovery of anomalous astronomical plates from pre-1957, prior to the era of manmade, artificial satellites. Specifically she highlights plates from 1950 and 1952 which depict unusual star-like objects that appear and vanish within a very short time frame. These anomalies were found on images from the 12th of April, 1950, the 19th of July, 1952, and the 27th of July 1952 – the last two dates coinciding with the Washington DC UFO flap, a significant overflight of unknown objects over the US capital. However, Dr. Villaroelle also noted that coincident with these anomalies was the destruction of a substantial portion of the Harvard Observatory’s plate collection under the orders of then-director Dr. Donald Menzel. Not only this, but 1953 saw the beginning of the infamous “Menzel Gap,” an extended period during which Harvard ceased collecting new astronomical data, leading to a gap in the historical record of modern astronomy. Dr. Villarroel's work led Richard Dolan to conduct additional research on Menzel, which he also provides here. It was already known that Menzel led a clandestine life as an elite member of the U.S. intelligence community, a fact that was only discovered posthumously. Dolan’s review, however, demonstrates that Menzel spent all of 1952 and 1953 in nothing short of a debunking obsession regarding the "flying saucers." Even more intriguing, this period was also marked by ongoing rumors of “mystery satellites” orbiting Earth. All of the above leads to a question: was Menzel's obsession with UFOs the driving force behind this destruction of scientific data? His involvement in the intelligence community, his secretive life, and his relentless pursuit to debunk UFO sightings, all point towards a possible disinformation campaign, making Menzel a fascinating figure in the history of UFO research. Dr. Villarroel recently wrote an article for The Debrief: https://thedebrief.org/the-vanishing-... She was also recently mentioned in the Guardian: https://www.theguardian.com/science/2... Has anyone listened to...
Missing 411 David Paulides Presents Amnesia Really fascinating & bizarre cases possibly connected to (alien) abductions that will leave you wondering just what the hell has and is going on. I been thinking about some of these cases all week. He's found cases meeting his profile going back 100 years to present. I've listened to all ten episodes so far and think he has found a new wrinkle in many of his missing 411 cases. A few remind me of the 2002 TV series Taken. And related Amnesia series: Missing 411 David Paulides Presents Missing Truckers Series Good bedtime stories that are real and some cases downright frightening! Highly recommend both series if you have the time.
