I can't sign in or change my password, nor can I create a new profile, just like before. I don't understand how anyone could get back on there.
So whatever fix was made, it had no effect on the glitches it had before it blinked out for a while.

They are saying, on that other, other site, that Darko's name is no longer on the members list, and there are 2 new members as of today.
What that means I have no idea.
I wonder though, if the real owner is messing around, getting ready to change the site to whatever the heck they really bought it for.
I also wonder who the real own really is? The patriot supply guy? Or someone else?

That was my assumption , ATS probably didn't provide the expected revenue I guess.

Yes, some of us did wait. There were those, however, who didn't and didn't like me pointing out the error of their hasty ways. And I got my comment removed because of it. It seemed a bit childish to me, I won't "deny" that.

From what is said on the other side, the SSL certificate for https had expired. So who figured that out and had it re-certified? How do you get https certification? Does it cost something?
ETA: Some new guy just joined who calls himself "ClaudeRatel". How the hell does someone join when I thought nobody could for months now? That is very suspicious, too bad I can't join up again and ask this guy how he did it.

ClaudeRatel has a join date of 28-7-2024 so probably not a new sign up although who knows given the state of the code , perhaps you could try to create a new account to see if it works now but I doubt it will.
Pretty sure ATS ran without an SSL certificate for a while a year or so ago before a new one was acquired so I doubt that's the reason for the outage , it would be nice to think a new owner took it down to do some housework in the backend but again I doubt it.

I also saw another new user name, and looked and they joined yesterday, January 17th, 2025. Maybe whoever owns ATS used the downtime to fix that problem? Or maybe there's a new owner and they've started fixing things? Speculation runs rampant at this time.

I am suddenly in a position to tell you something about Claude Ratel. I have discovered (via this link https://www.reddit.com/r/AboveTopSecret/comments/1ft7ys5/above_top_secret_on_discord/ ) a Discord site called ATS Refugees, founded by him, which has been going since at least the end of last year..
On further investigation, the group has on;y half a dozen members, even including me, and the founder is evidently a rampant lone wolf.

Anybody tried to sign up out of interest ?
I tried my old username and password, nothing. Tried the new username and password, still nothing. I tried to sign up again when I got locked out of the second profile I made after that 2nd glitch and couldn't do it, so I haven't tried that since. I bet I can't make a new one, maybe I'll try.

Yep it looks like maintenance has been done during the down time , kdog has re-joined and other parts of the site are working again.
Password reset for old accounts now also working , midicon has retrieved their account.
