I will never forget seeing the plane fly into Tower #2 on live TV and that sudden realization what was happening was intentional ... or making the call to the Chief of The Watch: "If you haven't already, you need to wake the CINC."
9/11 and the Shuttle Challenger disaster are indelibly etched on my psyche. I hope there is not another in what time I have left here on Earth. But ... imagine Russia flying a couple of nukes. Imagine the Saudis finally facing direct blame for orchestrating 9/11.
