This is another video producer I tend to watch when he post something new. This particular video has some good points and runs off the rail a few times IMO but the general gist is worth a listen IMO.

That happened in Matamoros Mexico (across from Brownsville, Tx) with the Zetas and the Gulf Cartel when Tony the terrible was captured . Several of his soldiers escaped back to Houston for they were duel citizens. That is how it was several years ago and now with the open borders no telling what else is going on ?
