Apparently Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov has vanished again , Maybe fled or perhaps dead after he asked Vladimir Putin to grant him leave from his position as the leader of the Chechen Republic.

It's known Kadyrov has been seriously ill for a while now and he has disappeared before for treatment but asking for permission to leave his position could make this disappearance a little more final , fled or dead ? , either way he will be a big loss for Putin.
