I am somewhat intrigued by the Vatican's interest in extraterrestrial life and their investigations of reports regarding Marian visitations and similar.

This quote is from a Catholic pamphlet regarding events at Fatima, Portugal, in 1917.

“The rain stopped,” Lucia went on, “and the sun shone brightly, but we spent the day
in the cave. We had our lunch and after the Rosary we started to play jacks.
“We played only a short while, when a strong wind shook the trees, and made us
raise our eyes to see what was happening, for the day was serene. There above the trees
toward the East, we began to see a light, whiter than snow.

What caught my interest in this statement was the mention of "strong wind" -- something associated with some UFO sightings.

As if something is entering our world and violently displacing a large amount of air in doing so.

I finally got to visit Fatima earlier this year.  A large shrine has been built there and it is visited by many pilgrims.  Of the countryside mentioned by the three children of 1917, it is now part of a small town that has grown up in the last 100 years (although, nearby the town, one can see countryside that conveys the essence of the rural character of this area.)

My guess is that the Vatican believes there is a relationship of some kind between "visitations" and UFO events/entities.  It would be interesting to hear their uncensored views on the subject.

Something I've been wrapping my mind around the last few years, and Something I never hadn't considered before, but when I add this variable into the equation it all fits.

It could be because they don't believe it's "aliens" coming to visit, but instead it's "demons" returning from another dimension, possibly another planet they've been inhabiting for a long while. (That would mean demons are building some of these ufos)

Maybe this is why the Catholic church is so interested in ufo's.

Yes, yes it would. Their uncensored views on the subject from 100 hundred years ago (assuming one can hunt down relevant texts of that period) versus their present day view. Didn't the Vatican update one of their doctrines on aliens very recently? Actually, I'm not sure if was aliens directly but the phenomena.

In some reported cases, there are indications (like sudden wind) that lead one to believe that some kind of interdimensional "colocation" took place.

The Church certainly believes in demons, and being able to 'cast them out' (but to where -- OtherWorld ?)

Is the dimensional aspect why physical contact with the phenomena is apparently so dangerous ?  If it is some kind of dimensional intersection going on, it could be that it is spitting out radiation across a broad spectrum and with lethal levels of intensity.

Interesting to mull over.

The rush of wind is an interesting aspect. Even in the day of Pentecost, before the Tongues of Fire came over the disciples, right before that entered the room, a gush of "mighty wind" blew through. 

Maybe the breaking point from dimension to dimension, kind of like a sonic boom, but a interdimensional boom...?

Quantum mechanics states that there are 11 dimensions.  Which is interesting because the book of Enoch describes 11 different "levels" to the Kingdom of Heaven, and hell. 

The theory is that all 11 dimensions are stacked on top of each other, and even overlapping one another. So, a jump from dimension to dimension would be like stepping through a door; a really short trip. If Quantum mechanics got it right, then there different dimensions are very close to one another, and not far away, like it sounds.

Basically I think of it like this. As I'm sitting here on the couch watching "Fright Night" there could be evil spirits, demons and angels all sitting in here with me, along side our deceased loved ones. 

We're just unaware of their presence, but they are fully aware of ours. 

The mind is the gateway to possession and oppression; from the research I've done. That's where they enter (if you believe in that sort of thing).

I asked myself, why would these beings needs space crafts?

The only thing I can come up with, is some are in physical form, and have traveled from planet to planet, possibly searching for another place like this to inhabit. Maybe even trying to find there "way home."

One of my favorite subjects to mull over. 
The Possibilities are endless.

Basically I think of it like this. As I'm sitting here on the couch watching "Fright Night" there could be evil spirits, demons and angels all sitting in here with me, along side our deceased loved ones.

We're just unaware of their presence, but they are fully aware of ours.

I can't recall where I read it, but essentially, in one encounter, the person was told by the entity that from the perspective of the entities, they can see our future and past because they "see" time along with the three conventional dimensions.

That would go some way to explaining how "all knowing" some of the entities in encounters seem to be.
