Another random stabbing this time an unprovoked attack on a woman in Birmingham , no details on the attacker yet other than its age.

A woman is in a critical condition after she was stabbed in the neck in what police have described as an "unprovoked attack".
West Midlands Police were called to Smallbrook Queensway, Birmingham, shortly before 9pm on Friday following reports of a stabbing.

The woman, in her 30s, suffered a "serious neck injury" and remains in hospital.
A man in his 20s was arrested near to the scene and is in custody.
Detective Inspector, James Nix, said: "We believe this was an unprovoked attack and are working to understand why it happened.

Former SAS Officer and prospective London Mayoral candidate Ant Middleton says he wants to 'Grab Adil Ray By The Scruff Of The Neck' and throw him back in time to show him what Alec Penstone and his Brothers in Arms faced to protect our freedoms and the Sovereignty of our Country , our Hero's and their motivation to keep Britain safe and free seem to be a mystery to Mr Ray and his like.

Speaking on Good Morning Britain, Penstone reflected on Remembrance Sunday: “I see rows of white stones, friends who died—for what? The country now? No, it wasn’t worth it.”

Penstone joined the war effort at 15, first as an air raid messenger, then served on a submarine and HMS Campania during D-Day.

Asked to clarify, he said: “We fought for freedom, but now it’s worse than when I fought.”
Presenter Kate Garraway thanked him: “We’re grateful for your bravery. It’s our job to build the country you fought for.”

It is indeed our job to rebuild the country he and his Brothers fought to protect.

  And in a very ironic twist, 'coloured' troops of the Empire/Commonwealth played a huge role in the Second World War.  Not only did Ray do Penstone disservice, he also ignored the tremendous sacrifices of soldiers from the subcontinent and various regions of Africa.

The latest findoutnow voter intention poll has been released and the result is surprising , Labour have dropped to 4th place behind the Conservatives with the Greens leading the charge against Reform who are still a country mile ahead of them all according to a sample of 2,717 GB adults on 5th to 6th November.

With tactical voting now being openly discussed by both Labour and the Libs I feel Reform may need the Tories support in a future Reform led government , that's unless Labour go into full panic mode and try to bring in Proportional representation before the next election of course.

A man has been charged with attempted murder after a woman was stabbed in the neck in Birmingham city centre.
West Midlands Police says Djeison Rafael, a black British national, also faces charges related to two further assaults and possession of a blade.

The force is continuing to appeal for anyone with information to come forward - and says the 21-year-old was wearing a grey tracksuit, black hat, trainers and a rucksack.

Second migrant sent to France returns to the UK

'A second migrant who had been sent from the UK to France under the government's "one in, one out"
deal has returned to the UK, the Home Office has confirmed. The man was detained immediately,
having been detected by biometrics, and will be sent back to France "as quickly as possible", the
Home Office has said.

The "one in, one out" pilot scheme with France is aimed at deterring migrants from coming to the
UK in small boats across the English Channel. Last month, an Iranian man re-entered the UK by
small boat one month after being removed to France. He was deported again last Wednesday.

A Home Office spokesperson said officials would continue to catch and return anyone trying to

President Trump's lawyers have written to the BBC to put them on notice of an impending 1 Billion Dollar lawsuit over the broadcast of their "mistakenly" edited footage unless they meet his 3 requirements by Friday.

Trump's lawyers set the BBC a deadline of 5pm EST (10pm in the UK) on Friday 14 November to "comply".
If not, the letter from Trump's legal team says:

"President Trump will be left with no alternative but to enforce his legal and equitable rights, all of which are expressly reserved and are not waived, including by filing legal action for no less than $1,000,000,000 (One Billion Dollars) in damages. The BBC is on notice."

Trump's lawyers are demanding a retraction.

They're right , it's a disgrace that former soldiers are hauled up before the courts for historical allegations made against them , I praise the jury who cleared a former serviceman a couple of months ago for allegations against him dating back to Bloody Sunday , I don't see former IRA members being hauled before the court so why should someone who's job it was to protect us face a court decades later , I believe it was the Tories who removed their exemption a few years ago I shudder to think what Starmer has planned.

Yeeh mate, a tragic event and direction in overall.....English countryside is widely considered beautiful, and this dumping is a tragedy indeed .

I think they know given the evidence their goose is cooked mate , in the States I believe your courts award punitive damages ours do not and I imagine an American President in an American court hold all the cards in this game , I foresee a big pay-out.

Sadly the BBC will be bailed out by the government when the time comes , the Establishment can't afford to see their propaganda channel to be sunk.

I don't pay the licence fee so I along with millions of other right minded Brits don't care what happens to the Ministry of Truth's outlet , let it burn I say.

Yeah, the courts here award punitive damages, typically 3x the amount of losses incurred, or, in the case of non-financial loss such as "loss of reputation", the sky is the limit because there is no dollar amount of losses to peg the award to.

The catch is, in international cases, the average Joe American can't very well just jaunt overseas and say "pony up or I'll break your kneecaps". So, in most cases like that, the awards are mostly symbolic. Trump, on the other hand, isn't the average Joe Citizen.

He could conceivably, do the leg breaking maneuver, but in this case he wouldn't. It just wouldn't be cricket to do that to Merry Olde England (Venezuela, maybe, but definitely not England), nor would it be necessary to do it against the BBC to collect - the BBC has assets in America that could be seized to satisfy the debt, at least in part. In order to avoid that asset seizure, it's likely that the BBC - and by extension, the Crown - would cough up the dough.

Another possible outcome would be the infamous "out of court settlement", where the parties agree to a settlement sum, usually "an undisclosed sum, and the defendant expressly does not admit to any wrongdoing - they just want to give the plaintiff money because they're good guys". to avoid a nasty court battle. I'm less sure that Trump would agree to an out of court settlement, however. I think he's in it to address the reputation damages attempted, and to deter any future such attempts. An out of court settlement would not accomplish that.
