Coffee seem to cause rabid depletion of both sodium and chloride wow! and i am back with coffee...and drinking it quite many per day.
Woke up Saturday and it felt like my mouth was filled with salt while I slept. Almost felt like I had been pranked.
Speaking of salt. I'm done trying to one-shot that stuff. Now mixing it with about 3X as much water and taking a swig of it "now and again". Probably takes five good slugs to get it all down. Just easier for me. I'll drink at least two full glasses of filtered water while this goes on. I point this out because it's more time consuming.
As for the Iodine: Not so carefully measuring it out anymore. Probably putting 48 drops (four squeezes on the eyedropper) into two gulps of water.
Had been getting my Vitamin C from a 500mg chewable. Too much glucose associated with that. Feet and ankles started to swell. Switched over to a 1g tablet.
@"Kenzo"#96 : Yep, I like my coffee too.
Thanks for sharing the stuff you've picked up on. I look at all of it thoroughly.
