I do question white table salt being bad for you. When you think about the chemistry of it, we're looking at NaCl. If anything, one would have to question the composition of the 'unrefined' nature of the sea salt.
Wife has always rebuked me for adding table salt (even if it is Himalayan) to her cooking.
