There was a lady who added salt to the coffee up at Fort Monmouth. Nothing could be done to make her stop. Eventually, it was her undoing.
After the salt, I drink a full glass of water and then fill another glass and keep it nearby. At some point between the two I'll get a glass of orange juice just to moderate everything else that seems to be going on.
I always keep a two fresh gallons of water on the tractor. I'm starting to drink them now. LMAO Had one of the neighbors let me know they saw me standing on the deck taking a leak. But, I'll tell ya, you're drinking that much liquid ... it's gotta come out too.
Water / hydaration is so important .
Interestingly , some new research actually says that salt is not so bad , there has been campaign to demonize salt too much IMO . the white table salt is bad , but unrefined sea salt or himalayn salt is healthy with right daily dosages.
