I think it's great that they will all stand hand in hand in shock and terror at the reality of this wide spread problem, hand in hand, in shock and terror.....and inaction.
But I guess watching a show, shedding a few tears and talking tough to friends about it will make this whole problem go away.
Everyone of our politicians are involved in this, either directly(through...um...physical action), profiting from it or sitting by with the knowledge of it in silence(thinking that makes them any better).
Exactly.
It is infuriating to have a job where you pray every second that you do not have to do your job. You pray that one day your job will be obsolete, and that no one will ever need you. A job where you pray for the strength, the fortitude, and the determination, to be the rock that that child will need to survive the Hell they have had to endure.
Feeling sorry, and being pissed may be enough to get you through it, but is does nothing for the victim.
I have known about this sort of shit at a local level for well over 37 years. I dont give a shit about the film, no one is trying to stop this in the towns and citys . local health, police and government are all involved and are protected. As long as we all look at Hollywood we dont feel the need to look at "next door".
For anyone working in this field I give some advice TRUST NO ONE and get a new job.
