You've not lived until you've flown bombardier on a "low tech bomber" - dropping hand grenades on guerrilla camps from a Cessna. You have to fly pretty low, within small arms range, in order to get the cookoff rate right to 'splode them on or near enough to the ground. It makes for a well-ventilated fuselage some times, and has a high pucker factor, but you'll never feel more alive than when you're limping back in on the landing approach, having barely survived another run at 'em..
