Hypo I guess, my thyroid is damaged, probably as a consequence of acid reflux and stomach bacteria issues caused by years of consuming glutens and lactose that I should not have had in my diet.
The selenium compensates for thyroid low activity. Without the selenium, I get tired easily and lack energy.
Doctor did tell me to take the selenium for three months and then go one month without it. I guess too much can accumulate in the body (or something).
Thankfully, selenium is an easy fix so far for my thyroid issue and doesn't cost much. I don't want to get to the point where I have to take prescription medicine.
Cheers
