Let's hope this isn't a standard controlled opposition ruse.

Most operations like this would be (are) working underground and behind the scenes. 

My thoughts exactly. Hope it's real, but it's getting harder and harder to remain optimistic when ,so far, it's all talk and little action. These are the people capable of making changes. So is she talking about this to other world governments? 
Otherwise, I'm very skeptical.
