Watch the selenium, you don't want to get too much in one day ... about 500 mcg IIRC.
I take it for a thyroid condition.
One thing, it will boost one's metabolism. If one is looking to lose weight, try 200 mcg a day for a month.
Food: Brazil nuts have varying amounts of selenium, but sometimes a single nut has a huge dose, so watch consumption of those.
