What effects have you 'felt'?
Once i will continue this longer, months etc i expect benefits more....now it's this loading period.
50mg is 50X the recommended daily dose. Holy crap!! Do let me know how this works out for you.
It's sad that people have lowered the use of iodine just because evil big brother claim you don't need it much, which is a big fat lie.
Am aware of some RDAs being far lower than are helpful, i.e. a grownup can deal with 2 grams of vitamin c several times/day. And, from first-hand experience I know this eliminates all the chronic pain I feel in my hands.
Am putting in an order for an iodine supplement ... but I probably ought'a start low. My thyroid quit right after Chernobyl So did my dad's and my daughter's ... all within 6 months of each other. Three generations? I don't think it was a coincidence. We'll see how this goes.
Good to hear Snarl
all within 6 months of each other...yeeh it wont sound a coincidence . It could also be related other halogens since they prevent
the good iodine work if just have too much of them, but could be also Chernobyl.
Let me check the proper way to start since if you have existing thyroid condition , yes i would go slow also and let body adjust with time .
I would also get selenium , it`s like mandatory when start iodine with bigger dosages....it prevents thyroid problems . Many also recommend Optimox Corporation, ATP Cofactors as together in iodine protocol ...2 b vitamins that help with iodine suplemantion.
Optimox Corporation, ATP Cofactors, 90 Tablets
I will get back with this
