Those have always looked like three separate things to me.
If I'm right, #3 is that digital ID we've all been assigned. 10 of my digits show on my "retired military" ID card. I've seen the whole thing. It's longer than 10, but I forget how long. Oddly ... it is limited to numbers ... no letters. Leads me to believe that it's for every population, since numbers are pretty much universal, compared to letters.
