Sure, we have no idea "what happened" prior to the video but we can see the cop appears to have lost it on something our new "millionaire" said and went to town. Our future "millionaire" was smart enough NOT to fight back or resist and took it for the $$$$$.

Is a million dollars even a lot of money any more?
Over half the houses in my area are now selling for that, and those that aren't, add a few electric cars, along with the property taxes and the and the home owners insurance, and you have spent a couple of million easy.
