Okay so I don't know how it happened but somehow in the process of reading this thread and Googling people and things in the OP I ended up reading End Times prophecy from the Book of Ezekiel about the Dead Sea coming to life and being full of fish and other life and how fresh water pools are forming on the edges of the Dead Sea and fish are spawning in them giving rise to the possibility of it actually happening though at a slower pace than might be expected. Weird!
As an American it's your responsibility to have your own strategic duck stockpile. You can't expect the government to do it for you.
