i have no doubt that russia has traded rocket booster tech and oil for the drone tech and production of iranian drones. reports were that one broke up on it's own and the U.S Navy might have shot down the other with a SM 3. 

the way their drones and other tech seems to develop faster than others, due to the fact that they get help form other countries who are hell bent on being the top dogs and part of the new evil axis with little kim don't be surprised when one hits it's target

I've heard reports that Russia is smuggling previously purchased Shahid  drones back into Iran with unspecified "improvements".
