One interesting bit I have yet to verify is he claims people have a genetic trait for larger craniums that appeared ca. 45,000 years ago. Claims as well this trait was not present in other human species like Neanderthals, so question is, how did it come about ?
He also speculates that if The Others were already here back then and genetically manipulating people, that they could have easily taken humans to breed away from this world and serve their purposes.
FWIW.
Not so. Human(ish) craniums have been steadily increasing all along, up to about 5000 years ago. Neanderthals ran from about 250,000 years ago util around 28,000 years ago, and had craniums that were, on average, 100 to 150 cubic centimeters larger than modern humans.
What I find interesting is that for the past 5000 years, since the advent of "civilization", human cranial capacity has actually been shrinking. Our brains now are actually smaller than those of our hunter-gatherer ice age forbears.
