If I understand your question @ youtube or a web site where you are viewing a video put your mouse pointer on the video and right click . A tree of options will appear and one is to "copy video URL" do that and then paste the copy in an email or where ever you want others to see it such as R. N. https://youtu.be/hslM2KFjrDE

Addoncrop can do that, but it's not a site per se, it's an add-on for your browser that created buttons beneath the video.
