Nothing I could do would compare to all the noise making on the weekends. I'd go unnoticed. 

I was thinking about life sized silhouette targets and mannequins.

Maybe consider those Styrofoam mannequin heads that are used for things like wig displays and cosmetology schools. They're cheap and expendable. One caveat I might mention is that if you use those, paint eyes on them where the eyes go. For some reason, humans sometimes have difficulties shooting things with eyes, and that helps one get acclimated.
