Interesting information.

I'm surprised no one has asked him why he's selling what was donated to him?

I gave him the denyignorance.com domain with 10 years pre-paid. 

All of you guys made the content and donated for the hosting.

Why doesn't he give it to one of you? That would be the proper and non-scummy thing to do IMO.

That's sorta kinda the way we did it here.

When Mrs. G. passed, the staff gathered in a smoke-filled back room with big Cuban cigars, and selected a new Supreme Leader. I just happened to draw the short straw.

We don't really have anyone authorized to "sell" this site. De facto, it belongs to the membership, because they foot the bills and create the content. On paper,Mrs. G. is still the Site Owner. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were never able to change the paperwork out of her name and into someone else's.

I'm just managing it in her absence.

So,there really is no one authorized to sell this site. Therefore it'll never be sold out from under y'all. I expect that when I jump ship off this mortal coil, there will have to be another meeting in the smoke-filled back room (we keep it filled with smoke, just in case) and a new Fearless Leader will have to be selected. 

But it won't be sold.
