I'm not sure where that information comes from, but it is DISinformation. There is not a single state government in America that takes away a woman's "right to choose". There are a few who recognize no right to infanticide or the murder of children, but not a single one that removes the "right to choose".
A woman exercises her "right to choose" by either having or refusing to have unprotected sex. Any person who has been through US sex education, and I think that is probably every single person in America at this point, knows the potential ramifications of that action.
So, that is where the "right to choose" happens. Not a single state removes that right, nor indeed can they. It is utterly impossible for a state to remove the right to choice.
Then again, this is a thread about the war in Iran, now isn't it?
