It was reported on one of the independent news podcasts I watch that the previous leader planned the succession order in case of his demise. Another will always step up, ready to implement their defensive strategies that they have been planning for the last 20 years.
Explanation: And that is just fine ... let us let them do so, so long as they join our side and then they wont be bombed back into the stone age and can implement their/our defensive strategies ok.
