?THE MOMENT OF IMPACT
Footage reportedly shows the moment an airstrike hit near a Quds Day march in Tehran during ongoing U.S.–Israel strikes on Iran.
Explosions were reported near Ferdowsi Square, where thousands had gathered for the regime’s annual rally.
At least one person was reported killed by shrapnel, according to Iranian state media.

Taliban survived 20 years of U.S. pressure ( U.S forces & bombing )
Today day 13 epic fury .
Just off the top of my old noodle
There were completely different battle plans against different types of combatants (Taliban tribal guerrilla forces vs. IIRG actual soldiers and troops), and it was a different time and administration.
Cheney slow-played Iraq and Afghanistan to feed Haliburton and others' contracts and enrich himself the RINOs and connected old guard Democrats
But besides all that, it's exactly alike...
in other news
Sure , every war is different . Iran is just helluva bigger country than Afghanistan .
But from everything i read so far ,i doubt U.S forces can stand long, long enough to succeed. But wars are allways unpredictable, so wait and see then.
The US forces aren't the problem, its between the fragile AF public psyche and political pressure is where the doubt will arise
It seems like the Iranian GP and the MEGulf States are Uncle Sam's most committed allies beyond Israel...
If this works, it's only a matter of time. Saudis are committed

Two days ago I highlighted a Saudi statement saying it will reroute 75 percent of its production to its west coast, bypassing the Iranian chokehold.
If the UAE can provide enough protection to its Fujairah port (outside Hormuz), that’s further weakening of Iran’s hold.
Iraq must work on increasing its Ceyhan capacity pumping (currently only 300k of 4 million daily).
Kuwait and Qatar have no current alternatives.
But overall, these measures would mitigate an Iranian blockage of Hormuz by up to 70 percent. And those who sell will be happy because they’ll be selling at a higher market price (maybe around 75 or 80 instead of 60-65).

Massive number of vessels are all now heading towards Saudi Arabia’s West coast to pick up crude oil, bypassing the Strait of Hormuz
