I would say the "World" has an occult oligarch problem, not just America. But, yea, that article resonates greatly on my thinking. Are we seeing a form of domestic Gladio 2.0, a Fifth Column, splinter cells, institutionalized nihilism of the elite worldview mashup insurgency being played out? So many players/actors and so many Ops ('accidents') of possible covert war already taking place between countries. It's really difficult to focus or pinpoint on any single enemy. I also believe we are at war with Europe, at least with certain Euro mafiosa political elites.
Tinfoil hat speculation I still think there may be a 3rd unknown non-state actor (hidden hand cabal) that has been orchestrating the subversion, infiltration, chaos destruction on the World's stage along with the great power parties knocking each other around on the grand chessboard.
