yes, it's very poorly written. It doesn't address anything that the web site claimed it addressed, and is so contradictory that it is unenforceable.
It does nothing aginst "marginalized communities" or LGBTQ whichare some of the things the website claimed. If anything, it gives LGBTQ kids a pass while cracking down on hetero, or cis, (or whatever they hell they are being called these day) kids.
It does nothing against encryption as the website claimed, either.
It's just piss-poorly written "legislation" that really does nothing, and isn't even enforceable.
